Tires, fluids & emergencies. The first two are normal but the emergencies...right before they closed for the night my car wouldn't turn on but the key was stuck in the ignition. I called and they talked me through getting the car to start or getting the key out. Whichever would happen first. Sadly my car started but would not turn off. I had to drive my car to the shop after hours and Ken Latimer came back to the shop several hours after they closed and brought my running car into the shop (obviously so my car couldn't get stolen) and he put gas in so my car would make it till morning. This is only ONE of the many emergencies I had. I trust every single person in this shop and I believe they treat me fair. If you need something done call them up & I bet they can help.
