Ugh. I went to Auto Zone and spoke with Crystal about the problem. She knew instantly what product was needed. I purchased it along with microfiber cloths. Crystal herself went to my car in the lot and applied the spray to the towel and worked on my damaged computer screen for a good 7 minutes. Problem solved! It looked brand new. As soon as I pulled into Naples Nissan service, and James Wilson approached the car, I knew our vacation was saved. James immediately examined the driver's side rear rotor, determined that the other side was okay and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Then he said I could wait for the repair. I sat in a very comfortable chair with good wifi and free coffee for maybe an hour and a half before James found me and said the car was ready. I was expecting him to say the calipers were frozen and I needed new ones but he said they were okay and the final bill matched the estimate. To top things off, the car had been washed, something I was going to have done before we headed home. I can't say enough praise for Naples Nissan. They are honest people who do great work. I called AAA a year later telling them that the battery was dead and could not take a charge. I tried to get in contact with ROSSI towing service in Santa Cruz California and they were rude and did not follow through with my request for getting a receipt or invoice for the purchase of the battery when they helped me on February 2025. To be more specific, when I called AAA for service, they sent out Rossi towing service and they provided me with a battery. Their customer service sucks! They did not help me and the woman on the phone was a real rude bitch! However, I reached out to Napa auto parts on Radio Road in Naples, Florida. NAPA is the business that I am supposed to reach out to to get an exchange regarding the battery. They were awesome! They were kind, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this auto parts store for not only battery needs but for all your auto needs. They were wonderful. They talked in great detail on how to keep my battery in a healthy state and even referred me to another source for a battery charger that they recommended because they did not have it in stock. If you hear any negative reviews about this particular store, disregard them. All you have to do is walk in there and talk to them and you'll see how nice they are and willing to help you.
