However, after calling the office, his staff was so friendly and informative over the phone that I decided to just keep my appointment and now that I've actually gone and met him and the ladies, I'm so glad I didn't cancel. Dr Molaie as well as both Elizabeth and Natalie in the front have been nothing but professional and helpful. Dr Molaie was very thorough in going over my symptoms and what would need to be tested to confirm or deny my previous diagnosis. He even let me know what he suspects it might be instead of just letting me wonder. And then, as far as referrals and setting up imaging appointments etc, I can't say enough great things about the ladies. They took the time to call multiple imaging centers that could accommodate me and also ensured they were in network with my plan while I was right there waiting and then called me to follow up and advise additional testing appointments once they received authorization from my insurance. I genuinely feel like I'm in good hands at this office and I'm so grateful to have some peace of mind. I will admit though, as it was mentioned in a previous review, there is a substantial wait time to see Dr Molaie. That goes for both appointment dates and being called into the back. My initial appointment had to be about 2.5 weeks past what my regular dr wanted because he is so booked up. And, my day of appointment ran about 30 minutes behind before I was called in. In my experience though, here and elsewhere, that is a mark of a good doctor. If someone is booked far out that typically means they're worth it if that many people are going to them. And, regarding the longer waiting room time, that to me shows that he is listening to patients and really putting thought into their case as opposed to just rushing them in and out. Beware of the building elevator though! That thing takes off and stops very fast/hard. I advise taking the stairs since it's only one flight up.

My attorneys have even requested to be told verbally over the phone the amount of the bill so that we can move forward with the case. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL HELP! We asked her for help when things were pretty bad at home and school: teachers constantly complained and gave him time outs for bad behavior, we were upset and made our rules strict, reprimanded him, used lots of limitations and talks...but the situation was only getting worse. He was aggressive, didn't care about the limitations and acted out a lot. We felt desperate. Dr. Nikolskaya took her time to learn about our family, the child, and his developmental path. She explained to us that why his is acting out this way - his self esteem was getting extremely low and instead of punishment and reprimands we need to change the way we treat him. Dr. Nikolskaya didn't spare her time to explain all the nuances of his condition to us and what was the best approach to handle it. My son visited her every week. After 2 sessions I noticed a big shift - he was less aggressive, in a month - "I want to destroy the world" behavior disappeared. Another huge help from her was addressing the issue at school. She wrote letters to the school on behalf of my son to ensure he was set up for success and recommended better approach to handle misbehavior instead of time-outs that undermined my son's self esteem which led a vicious cycle of him acting out because he felt bad about himself. The school agreed to implement the necessary changes and it shifted the whole picture. Instead of time outs he was asked to do some physical activity or do breathing exercises (that he learnt with Dr. Nikolskaya!). We haven't got any complains since. I'm so grateful to Dr. Nikolskaya! She goes an extra mile for her patients and work with love in her heart! She responds quickly to any questions and doesn't save time on explaining things, giving support! Her holistic approach combines her love for kids with her clinical expertise in a way that truly helps.
