661 Audio on Palmdale blvd.....HORRIBLE…read more This place is Very unprofessional.They also do horrible work when it comes to window tinting.my expierence here was really bad I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or anyone to go there My boyfriend and brother had a appointment with them for both their cars on a Monday morning at around 10 and we sat around and waited for the tinting guy to get there,we decided to leave and the guy didn't call about the tinting guy getting there till 2 and they told us how long each car would take but that it would be done.Later on they call us saying they finished my boyfriends car but couldn't finish my brothers car because the tinting guy left on "emergency".it was already dark outside. Next thing we know we get home and the tinting already has scratches,parts peeling off ,the top of one of the windows wasn't even cut right.HORRIBLE so we called and they said they would fix it.We took the car to the place a week later dropes the car off all day and the TINTING guy "their boss" didn't show up AGAIN all day...So my boyfriend wanted his money back this was on a friday and they said yeah to pick it up Monday before 5.My boyfriend sent me today(Monday)to get it and I got some lame excuse again I said I was there to pick up the money and they said their boss JAY didn't show up all day VERY unprofessional Very bad service and now they expect us to go another day?its like gas ain't cheap from Lancaster to palmdale. Each time I get a new car, Automod is my go-to for window tint. They do a phenomenal job with…read morequality film (none of that nasty aged-torn purple tint after a few years) and I would go as far as to say they are the best in the AV when it comes to that. I've gone to them with my first 1991 Acura Integra to fix the A/C, tint, radiator, battery, and equip a better alarm system- all priced at a crazy bundle STEAL (And I needed that as a broke college student). Not only are they reasonably priced, but they get the job done quick! Very happy with my numerous experiences here and have infinite gratitude for Noel and his workers for serving the AV for 20 years. I've referred many of my friends here and they all have nothing but good comments on the service, price, and experience. If you need ANYTHING done related to your car, and I mean that- Automod needs to seriously be on your radar.

Let me start by saying I went into Ortega's on a referral from Watson's body shop right across the…read morewalkway. The trusted owner told me that Ortega's did good work. I had "new" speakers installed at Nagi's on Palmdale Blvd and the screwed up royally (see my review for them). Besides the referral, I knew this experience would be better. I explained my needs and what was wrong with my sound system, and without charge, they inspected my vehicle and pointed out all the flaws from my previous installation. Poor wiring, faulty connections, and door/window damage caused by Nagi's. Not only was the customer service great, the attention to detail was second to none. One of the installers brought me a cold drink as I waited for inspection on a 100° humid day. I was given a ride home until the services were completed. Updates through text and phone calls helped eliminate the worry. Ortega's under promised and over delivered. My car audio quality is perfect. I strongly recommend you give them your service or at the very least, check them out first. Integrity is hard to find in any business but I promise you, Ortega's has it. Definitely earned a return customer.
