So I returned when I needed my AC repaired. Unfortunately, that's when the problems started. I was first told I needed a new ac compressor an let them do the job, then a few day later its stopped working and my check engine light came on and I was told I needed a heater core replacement or else my engine would heat up and that my engine oil was low when I had just done an oil change, they also refuse to provide the codes that were detected, and after spending a significant amount of money, my AC still wasn't fixed. I was told the issue is now the air evaporator, which would require another costly repair. I also received conflicting information from staff regarding who was responsible for handling customer concerns, and when I requested written documentation of the diagnosis, I was told I would have to pay an additional $160. When I expressed my concerns and requested at least a partial refund due to the unresolved AC issue and repeated repairs, my request was denied. After my experience, I went back and read other reviews and noticed similar complaints from customers who brought their vehicles in for AC repairs and experienced additional issues afterward. While I can't speak to anyone else's situation, seeing those reviews combined with my own experience has made me question the quality and accuracy of the diagnostic work being performed.

Woke up Saturday morning to see i had a busted side window…read more I called a bunch of auto glass places local to the SFV who were booked up for the day, or couldn't source the glass for my car (an older model) until a later date. Finally landed on Rodriguez auto glass, and he told me he'd scour around to see if he could source the specific glass part needed for my replacement and call me back. He was able to locate the part, and went out to retrieve it after I made a small security deposit. After he got it, I made my way over, pulled into his garage, and they started getting to work before I even spoke. they were able to replace the glass in less than 30 minutes, and even did the detailing/cleanup to remove glass fragments from my car. The total for everything came up to an extremely reasonable $175. Mind you this was a same day appointment with lightning fast service, and on a Saturday at that. My mind is still blown at how easy he resolved my situation. He was also extremely friendly. Heaven forbid I ever get a busted window again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I was told to come here by my friend since I need this car to be cleaned asap and very thoroughly due to just how it was and kept. I was skeptical how clean they were able to get it clean just cause how dirt the interior was and if they would say "no" cause of how filthy it was but they said they would take it. They gave me rate on depending on how dirty the car was and even then I was surprised how relatively inexpensive it was for the amount of work they did !!!! I got my car back a day and a half later and I was just surprised how clean they were able to get it. They go very heavy on the cloth material so the carpets and seats and ceiling was scrubbed in deep. They did however leave some spots which was odd cause it was obvious and could had gotten a small brush and it be gone but I didn't really mind since they did a supper job on everything else. The car did take 3 ish days for it to be dried and for the smell to some what dissipate although it semi lingers. The comparison photos are before and after although the after pictures are ruffly two weeks post wash but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. Got a nail in one of our tires on a holiday and Costco was closed (Easter) as were other tire…read moreshops. So we called a tow truck and the driver told us about this great tire shop nearby. We called and the lady that answered quoted us $45 for a Tesla tire repair. We were so thankful when she said we could come immediately for help. We Got there and the guys working there took a look and made room for us remembering our phone call. They fixed the tire quickly and efficiently. No hesitation. We were out of there in about an hour and had breakfast at el faro down the street. We definitely recommend this place and encourage Tesla drivers to get their tires repaired here. Guys are professionals and open on Sunday/easter. A AAA Tow truck driver recommended them. So you know they are legit. Thanks for saving my ride, guys. And the nice lady that answered the phone when we called deflated from Costco. You all made our Sunday less stressful.
