Their products they sell are way overpriced and not the best. Some work ok, some don't. Be careful buying radios from them cause you don't see them in the boxes they come in. We needed a part to get the replacement car stereo in our RV working so we could have tunes for our trip up to Mammoth. We thought we could just get the part and figure out how to DIY it. I had to come back two other times, for them to fix things, and it's still poor installation. They had some fool installing the stereo system, and he was a slob. Just to follow up on my experience over a year ago. When the installer failed to install the back up camera he also failed to connect the head unit and wiring back correctly causing a power shortage in the vehicle. The mechanic who looked yesterday pointed out the damaged wiring from a back up camera that was poorly placed and connected. This is nothing more than further insult to injury from an inexperienced installer. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere based off my experience. read more

Needed some work done on my Suburban. The built in Bose amp had gone out, taking the sub with it. Although the shop isn't pretty, Dustin, the head installer, is a professional. He was able to make some great recommendations for equipment. All in all, he did a great job installing a new sub, amp, and obtained a great bandpass box from his supplier. The sound is great! Got quoted for a double din unit that costs 600$ retail an extra 700$ for the total of 1300$ for complete installation with the extra accessories included. I called Santa Clara audio for the same job same unit it's gonna cost under a thousand with everything and tax included. I can see you are busy got a few cars lined up but shoot an extra 300 out your hairy ass is a little greedy nagi. I could totally eat that extra 300$ myself and take my business elsewhere. I was working on my moms car installing a double din and the supplier sent me a wrong antenna adapters Called the shop and asked their pricing for it, I could tell the guy seemed to think I was from another shop when I knew the specific part number I needed. Anyways when you're doing your own work and need a last minute part most shops will give you some horrendous price because you're not doing the work through them. These guys gave me a very fair price. Not sure about there install quality since I always do my own auto work. However, in regards to honesty and integrity they definitely get a 5 star review. It's hard to find a business that won't rip someone who's desperate off, so these guys probably aren't going to steal your money. Positively the worst car audio place in the high desert. I stopped in and showed them the new Kenwood Navigation system, XM attachment and Boyo License plate camera I had. Asked them if they could install it. He looked over everything I had and quoted me $150. We agreed and made an appointment for two days later. I installed the license plate camera and then ran the cable down the frame and secured it with a shielding and zip ties. I did this in their parking lot because I I had been waiting for 2.5 hours. I was so disgusted, I began to drive off. They said "You are next, you are next". So I wait. We pull the vehicle in and he says, I will do this for $275! And I did all the under the truck work waiting on him! So if you like bait and switch or you enjoy sitting in the hot sun for 2.5 hours and wasting a perfectly good day. I do not recommend Nagi's. Very nice people, but they don't seem to know what they're doing. They installed a car stereo, and in the process created a short in the wiring, causing the rear tail lights fuse to continually blow. It took $235.00 in diagnostics for the dealer to trace this down and repair. Paying attention to wiring is something that any expert installer should have known. read more
