She originally said she can't because she's throwing a party for her family. Unfortunately my tenants (4 different students) schedules are very hard to manage, and they were not free at other times, so I told Jennifer of this. She said it's fine and that she'll be there by 3pm, she confirmed this. Now I get a text this morning saying she won't make it because of the party, and she doesn't even apologize. She couldn't have told me this when I scheduled it? I'm not sure why she confirmed the time for today when she clearly couldn't. I informed her of my great dissatisfaction with her service and she continued to accuse me of being "rude" and a "cheap ass". How do you treat your customers like this? When she originally quoted me her price, her words were "uhm it's like $200". It sounded like she was just making up numbers, not a set price she had for each of her service. So I asked if she can do 150 and she said yes. If she wasn't happy with me trying to haggle, she could have said that she cannot lower it and I would have been fine. I will never be using her service or recommend her to anyone for her unprofessionalism.
