Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.

I did not realize in they had a policy that one needs to give a 10 day notice before vacating otherwise you get charge for an entire extra month even if you're out by the end of the current month. No discount or proration offered when I asked. They say it was in the contract I signed (again three years ago) so they can't do anything about it. "Thanks for your $20,000+ over the past three years. Now F*** off!" is basically what they just said. I hope that last $650 was worth it! The truck was ready when I arrived, and the check in process was fast and easy. The nearly new Chevy pickup we rented was not very clean, but drove well and did what we needed. (I left the truck cleaner than when we got it). When we returned the truck, they said that the fuel level was 'a hair below where it was when you got it' despite the fact that I had taken pains to leave it at the same level or a wee bit higher. However, when I called them they were quick to reverse that charge. Overall, it was not an impressive experience, but I will certainly use them again in the future.

Today, I did not have a reservation but was able to get a van on short notice to move a large screen TV that just came on sale and we bought. The staff had a vehicle that was clean, operated well and the size to do the job. Although this was a couple hour job, the price was right and filled a niche, for me, in a vehicle suited for such a small job as mine. One watch out - and this is no rub on this location but of all vehicle rental businesses - they advertise $19.95 a day then in small print "plus additional fees". Those "additional fees" are largely taxes and fees added by the friggin government. My bill came to almost double the 20 bucks. I've had this same experience with Hertz and car rental places,

I brought my new car to this location on June 8, 2026 for a trailer hitch and wiring installation…read more The experience was a disaster from start to finish. The installation took over five hours. When I finally picked up my car, warning lights were flashing on the dashboard. The installer told me he had accidentally disconnected a parking sensor during the job. A week later, when my niece sat in the rear seat for the first time, I discovered the interior trim had been reinstalled incorrectly, pinching the rear seatbelt so it cannot retract. This is a serious safety hazard. I also found one trim clip badly mangled, consistent with someone using the wrong tool, and a second clip missing entirely on the other side. I now have to take my brand new car to an authorized Toyota dealership for a full inspection before I can even trust that the hitch is safe to use. When I tried to contact U-Haul corporate to file a formal complaint, both of their published email addresses bounced back as undeliverable. If you value your vehicle, I would strongly recommend finding a professional installer elsewhere.
