Mitch came out as scheduled, did the walk through, quoted a number that was higher than we were budgeting for. After talking further he made a call to the owner and we were able to sign a contract that fit our budget. This was mid Oct 2018 with an estimated install in 6 to 8 weeks. By mid Nov they had a crew out to the house installing the coverings. The only hitch was that the factory and omitted 2 small coverings for the bathroom windows. The company took care of getting them ordered and had an installer out before the end of the year. Great product, great service, will recommend them anytime! We had all of our windows replaced last August and we are still waiting for them to correctly Finish the job. Last August they delivered the wrong window configuration for the front of the house and since then they've made six return trips to "correct" the problem. The problem is, each time they come back the new window is wrong. They've had our $18,000 since last August, They've obviously cashed the check. And we still have the wrong window. The follow up is a bunch of lame excuses and "oh we're sorry". Even after filing a complaint with the BBB, they still can't get it right.
