I started going to another one down the street for the last few years. Today someone convinced me to come here again, they raved about it. So I got in the online que at 12:15 as 5th in line, by 1:30 they told me I was 2nd in line and should check in. They finally walked me back into a room at 2:10pm and here it is over an hour later and I'm still sitting here waiting. I likely need to be tested and that's going to be another 30 min to 1 hour to go AFTER they finally come back. If you're on this long of a wait, communicate! I will never be back here.

Last week I came for a drug screen (so I had to pee in a cup, and you know, came with a semi full bladder) and a skin tuberculosis test (takes 2 minutes to do that). The dentist became nervous because of our daughter's…read morenervous behavior -- as though a 16 yr-old being squeamish at the sound of a drill is radically atypical behavior -- and instead of attempting to calm her nerves he refused to proceed, tried to blame it on the anesthetic, said he couldn't treat her, then referred us to a full-priced clinic that we can't afford (that's why we came here in the first place), and then charged our debit card for the full amount of the services they did not finish. When I arrived, I explained that it felt like something was stuck in my throat or airway. I was told - verbatim - that they "wouldn't touch me with a 10-foot pole." That was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of evaluating me, they immediately directed me to the ER. The ER visit ended up costing me $800, where I waited about two hours only to be prescribed amoxicillin - something the urgent care could have easily done themselves. Later, when I saw an ENT, I was told my symptoms were due to acid reflux. My symptoms had already been present for three days, so it clearly was not an emergency airway obstruction. It's frustrating that neither the urgent care nor the ER considered reflux as a possibility before escalating the situation. Being told they "didn't want to take my money" feels ironic, considering I was sent somewhere significantly more expensive for essentially the same level of care. I would not recommend this facility. Patients deserve to feel evaluated and respected - not dismissed.
