She will insist you need a "deep cleaning" and that hers is the best. In fact, her "deep cleaning" takes less time than a regular cleaning at a good dentist. She blames the patient for supposed "poor hygiene" and her cavity diagnosis's are extremely suspicious. Advise to check with another dentist before letting her work on you. read more

She wouldn't make my appointment without insurance and was being very difficult. To add on I asked if I could get an appointment on November because she said it was the most recent I could make an appointment and instead after I said yes, proceeded to tell me no, instead the appointment would have to be on December. Since she had changed the appointment date for a month, I asked why she mentioned November, and she gave me attitude and said November to December which makes no sense because I only need an appointment for one day of one of those months not throughout. It's honestly so disheartening to have to deal with this especially when I work in healthcare as well. I hope you guys fix the work environment and train your receptionist to actually make appointments and not deter customers from joining your services. read more

I found Dr Innabi through word of mouth. He is so personable and takes his time with all of his patients. I haven't experienced a long wait time. Sometimes the office can feel a little disorganized because I feel like the girls who work there don't really know what their doing as if they were knew but dr Innabi guide them and lets them know what needs to be done. Word of advice to these so called professionals, if you want to maintain loyal customers don't insult them. Recently went in for a cleaning for my son and I (new patients). I meet the dentist he seems friendly, we begin to converse about possible procedures I'd like to get done in the near future. He asked me what type of insurance do I have and I tell him, he then proceeds to tell me "Well I don't know if your insurance is good " REALLY!!!! Even if he wasn't familiar with my insurance there's certainly a better way to communicate that. On my way out he asked the receptionist about my insurance (right in front of me) and she confirmed that my insurance covered everything (how tacky). I called and they were able to see my son and myself that same day. Best decision I made. They are very kind and gentle. Made me feel so comfortable, treated me as if I was family! Not pushy at all!
