He made extra effort to make me feel comfortable, and added a bit of extra freezing liquid before the needles. I appreciated that the most, but I also appreciated how the freezing didn't itch and tingle as it faded away. It's been 24 hours and my mouth feels good. He is definitely my new dentist.

Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. This place has put me through hell. 5 months after getting braces I developed fluttering in my…read moreear, constant ear ache, migraine, neck and throat pain which I've never experienced in my life. I have seen two ENT's and both have said it is the braces and potentially lifelong of chronic pain is ahead of me. Callingwood just brushed me off and made me believe it was something else going on. You go through thoughts of cancer, nerve damage and whatever else research may lead you to believe. Diduch didn't care, as long as money was coming in. I Wish I could go back in time and get these two years of my life back (and my future) and never ever went to this place. It appears someone else has wrote a similar experience which is just awful. This place is a chop shop. Each time I vist I see someone different who knows little about me. I can't see how this translates to proper care. They have messed up adjustments too often where it causes immense pain and messed up teeth where I must book additional time off and return early to get it fixed. Two months ago they screwed up a tooth and pushed it way back... I was in excruciating pain and they couldn't get me in for over two weeks to fix it. Now my top front teeth went crooked and I can't get in to have it fixed until next week. I'd shop for an orthodontist carefully and not go somewhere that is careless and may cause TMJ and other issues with your jaw.
