Mentioned in my last review how great everyone was. However, want to share what my issues are in hopes this may help anyone reading this. I have disc degenerative issues in my lower back. I have tried acupuncture. I also had steroid shots in my lower back, which only lasted about a month. I was in an incredible amount of pain. Didn't think this would be the answer. However, absolutely wanted to avoid pain killers and/or surgery. I've been seeing the doctors for almost two months now. I have seen remarkable improvement in my back. Didn't happen overnight. In fact, discussed that I wasn't seeing a huge improvement in my back and the doctors came up with a new plan which is working SO much better now. They were so open to me speaking up and trying something new. Many doctors would not be open to that. I appreciate that they listened to me. That's the level of care you will get here. I've been coming here for almost 4 years and I've never encountered anything negative, especially being a deaf patient. They are very accommodating, understanding and have abundant patience when it comes to dealing with my appointments, concerns, etc. With Covid in the picture, people wearing masks can be quite difficult to understand due to reading lips. Dr. Morgan figured out a system that worked for everyone involved so that way I could be a patient with ease, rather than being ignored and frustrated. It takes patience and skills to deal with patients with accommodating needs. I came in expecting to get better, and instead Casey Morgan thought it would be a good idea to see me for 3 minutes each of my first two appointments, shrug me off when asking questions passed what he wanted to answer in the moment, and pushed me to buy xrays and pillows which he refused to give me upon leaving the office, telling me "[I] will get it next time [I] come". He also seemed VERYYYYY upset when I told him I would be home for the summer, not giving him 2 weekly appointments as he recommended to fill his pockets. $50 for 5 minutes of an offices time is really embarrassing for someone who pretends to be a Medical Dr. Please avoid this place at all costs if you actually plan on getting better. Can I give them zero stars? From the American Chiropractic Association: "It Shall Be Considered Unprofessional Conduct For Any Chiropractor To Enter Into A Contract Which Would Obligate A Patient To Pay For Care To Be Rendered In The Future." I have had a pinched nerve in my back for a few years. Upon moving to Austin, I searched for a new chiropractor to realign my spine. Going once a month was working fine for me in my hometown and that's all I wanted! First of all, this chiropractor would not accept my x-rays or medical records from another place. On my first appointment I had to pay $200 out of pocket to get X-rays and tests. I was peeved because the x-rays he wouldn't consider were only a few months old. Then I sat down in his office and he belittled me, telling me my spine (of a 28 year old) was almost irreparable. He explained in detail how terrible my spine was and he thought I was lucky I wasn't in more pain. Then he outlined a plan for me to get my spine back to "correctness". This plan would include twice a week sessions before work for 6 months. He wanted 4,000 up front for this treatment. He wouldn't even realign me in that first appointment without the $4k. I left in tears. I've since gotten THREE 2nd opinions and all of the other chiropractors I consulted, plus my family doctor, all said the same thing. A chiropractor asking for months of payment up front is a scam. And my back was nowhere near as bad as he told me. He was trying to frighten me into his expensive treatment plan. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Dr Morgan has helped me so much. He took me from limping, in pain, and unable to walk any speed but slow, back to normal function again. What a relief! I've suffered from back problems for years and recently ended up in urgent care in the middle of the night with pain so bad I thought it might be my appendix. I figured it was time to try a chiropractor and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and care I've received from Dr. Morgan and his staff. Dr. Morgan takes his time really assessing my problems and after a few visits I was pain free. I appreciate that our plan isn't just a back adjustment -- Dr. Morgan's approach to my wellness has included exercises both at the office and through an online program at home to help strengthen my core.
