The location in Athens is easy to find off hwy 72. The employees are very courteous and very helpful. After Christmas the store was well stocked with merchandise. This store is very popular with men. From the time they opened at 9:00 to the time we left, about 10:50, there were several and I mean several men stopping in and buying. The experience was very pleasant. My friend and I found seats to sit on in the store in the back and took a load off. There are 2 buildings. The large building that faces hwy 72 has guns and gun accessories. The smaller store in the back has gear for hunting, yeti products and I saw duck calls. We returned today, Saturday, to purchase a wader bag. The store has a great rewards program. Yesterday friendly employees suggested I ask a manager for a discount. That was excellent advice as I was given a great discount. If you are into hunting, this is a great one-stop store to buy everything you need. I am sure I will return again. I had a pleasant experience. 5/5

The store is basically half convenience store, half bait shop. It's fairly large, so the selection in both of those categories is good. I believe the owner is a fishing guide, and it shows in the amount of gear they sell. It's nice to know that a place like this exists when you are 2 hours from home and need to pick up a last minute item. They were very friendly, and on our way home they even stayed open long enough as we pulled in to pick up some ice for our fish (she was locking up as we entered the driveway). I'll be back!

Now, the finding things... That's where I had to knock a star off. This store is jam packed with odds and ends. All kinds of things on shelves, on the floor, in cases, nailed to the walls, literally everywhere. So unless you k ow exactly where something is, you'll probably have to ask for help finding it. Which is no problem! They're happy to help!There's also not a lot of room to move around without bumping into someone or something. We bought a rifle there today and it was a good brand, good quality, and at a great price point. Competitively priced! I'm sure we'll be back for the great customer service!
