Received recommendations for clubs and ordered a driver,…read more3 wood and putter. 4 weeks later I have still not received my clubs and am told shafts for the driver and 3 wood are on back order for another week to 10 days. When they finally do receive the parts it will take another week at least to assemble them and then they'll have to mail them to me. So I'm looking at 6 to 7 maybe eight weeks before I really receive the clubs. My hair guy and I came here for a post-hairdo drink after he wrapped up his workday at Fringe Salon. The bartender/golf employee was beyond friendly! I wanted a glass of wine and if you think about it, they likely don't sell much wine at X-Golf. I bartended at the 19th hole at The Huntsville County Club and primarily the golfers' liked highballs and beers. I don't even think we stokced wine! The bartender showed his bottle of pinot grigo or chardonnay and said it had likely "oxidized," which I agreed, as there was maybe a light 1 glass pour left. He kindly opened another bottle, and even tried to chill it for me, and I said "1-2 ice cubes are fine." He was very apologetic about the wine situation, which was actually fine! He offered to let me hit some golf balls in the simulators for free and then sent us away with two leftover doughnuts from the Parlor Doughnut Shoppe next door. I took them home, and the hubs ate them and said "they were delicious!" I'm looking forward to visiting X-Golf again next haircut date!
