I told him that I am looking for this certain product. He said "oh you have a question, before I can answer your question you need to go over to the kiosk and register a place in the system" Now him and I were the only ones there so I just asked him where the product was. He said he cant answer a my question until I register in the system. So I gave them my name and #. They will get ahold of me by text when someone is available the screen read. I am a grown man and capable of walking in and out of a store without a cell phone glued to me, I had left mine in the truck because I did not need it. Now they cant get ahold of me to text me and let me know that the same man that would not answer my question would now answer it. I left and will not return, Amazon is my order place now for anything I used to buy at cabelas.

Several of the recently introduced Ruger firearms, the senior executives from Ruger have been seen working behind the counter here- because Larry's is the highest volume Ruger dealer in the world. Ammo shortages have been reported around the U.S. , but, (yep you guessed it) Larry's is the highest volume ammunition dealer for (what were the ATK brands Federal and CCI - Speer) in the world. So if Larry's doesn't have it, it's not being made. Yes there is a little rationing going on, but a case is a lot of ammo in any caliber - yes I said case (that is 10,000 22LR)! And the prices reflect the volume too!

I had to call to get an update about it, and they had it done about another week later. The Cerakote came out ok but it looks like they applied it over the serial numbers then ground it back. The serial by the cylinder is completely unreadable. The serial number on the butt of the revolver still readable but now I have to remove the grips in order to see it, where before the serial was visible when you opened the cylinder. I didn't take the gun back because I have to way to prove it wasn't like that before. I don't know about the rest of their services but I can't recommend the Cerakote service.

I was visiting from Texas and waned to shoot. I found this range and talked to the very pleasant…read moreowners who explained Saturday's is for non-members. (I think memberships are around $100 annually but not positive) We showed up, got a professional overview, paid our $10 each, and were escorted to the pistol range. The owner balanced his professional advice with letting us do our thing- a respectful but safety conscious approach. The pistol range has two benches and about six target stands (holding two paper targets each) and the owner helps control the firing groups. The rifle range has three stations with access to 25, 50 and 2x 100yd targets. This was a lot busier with folks but there are benches to sit on. Again, the owners help manage flow, monitor safety, and provide advice. I was very pleasantly surprised by my visit, and we didn't even try the apparently famous food that is also served, or use the paintball course (with what looks like a lot of rental supplies available), and a variety of ammo and gunsmith service options Thanks, I'll visit again on a future visit.
