She loves what she does and it great at teaching classes and offering modified moves for those less adventurous or limber :) This location just opened this month and is absolutely gorgeous! Very nice place to exercise and get lost in a world of relaxation and the intoxicating aromas of the homemade aromatherapy blends. Very nice selection of products as well. The woman who led my yoga class was experienced, loving, knowledgable and passionate about the practice. There were all levels in the class yet it suited all of us. I had the opportunity to use the gift yesterday. From the time I entered the space it was calming. The decor is so warm and welcoming. Brittany is the best! She gave me a through tour and explained all the various services provided. While I completed my waiver form she offered me tea. The ginger and lemon tea was delicious. Shortly there after I started my float! OMG!!!! It was so peaceful. I loved every minute!!! I literally felt like I was born again when it ended. I slept like a baby later that night.
