He determined it was just that part that I needed and advised I could get it online for much cheaper than it would cost to have a repair shop fix it and even went so far as to provide me with the part number and told me how to do it once I received the part. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario. It's a little late posting this because I forgot to do it when I left the store, but I hope he sees this and remembers who I am. If I ever have any electronics that I need repaired, I am definitely going to bring them to this place. They are unbelievable!
