I received a Father's Day gift of a slice of tourmaline crystal, mined in Maine. I had a tourmaline stick which i had worn as a pendant for some 30 years; this was broken and I could not find the broken piece. So I needed a gold setting made for this new crystal slice, and I wanted to incorporate the remaining portion of the broken stick, to be worn as a pendants. I had visited about four or five jewelers in the area. Non satisfied the creativity I was looking for. Nor did they offer a pricing/service that I felt was reasonable. While on vacation in Florida, and newly engaged, my fiancé and I stopped in at Trinity to take a look at engagement rings. One of their sample custom rings really caught my eye and I couldn't get it out of my head. We looked elsewhere and couldn't find anything we liked so we went back. They were able to quickly get in a lovely selection of diamonds and they customized my engagement ring to exactly fulfill my vision. They were even able to get perfectly matching purple diamonds as accent stones. Their communication during the whole process was excellent and their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable. The ring turned out stunningly. I couldn't be happier with it! I went in to have two watches removed from the watch bands. I didn't have the tool that presses the pin open. The male just looked disgusted and told me he would have to saw them off. No price was discussed, and that's my fault too for not asking. I heard a little hand saw for just seconds. Then he was done with both! The woman told me they charge 18 apiece for this, but she would "only" charge me 24. I was so shocked I just paid and left. When I got home, I saw all four pins all normal press pins in operative condition. No saw marks. I feel totally ripped off. Most jewelers wouldn't even charge for such a simple service. And if they did it certainly wouldnt be that much. And he was just rude. I wasn't good enough for his store. read more

I took an old engagement ring that was missing a diamond. Michael was very approachable and extremely knowledgeable about what would be the best options in my price range. Additionally, he did not push me into the most expensive items available, instead, he gave his honest opinion about what would look the best. The service was explained and the product provided was excellent quality.
