I had my initial infusion on October 2nd and on that day I felt better. The next day, I got out of…read morebed with no problem and actually had motivation for the first time in years. I had two infusions that week then one each week for the next four weeks, then three weeks out and the next one is 5 weeks out. Since then, I've been practicing yoga 4-5 days per week, go grocery shopping, spend time with friends, quit whining and it seems that my fibromyalgia pain has calmed way down. My brain isn't as scattered as it used to be and I've become alert, more calm, with less anxiety. It feels like someone breathed life into me and I feel like a whole person. I'm thankful I found Dr. Kane and Ketamine Milwaukee. He has a great staff and I really look forward to my treatments not only because they help me, but I get to escape from myself for a while. It's a nice ride. One last thing. I'm on a fixed income. The treatments are a bit pricey, but I always make it work. Credit cards are good. I really couldn't care less how much they cost because you can't put a price tag on feeling well and having a life.

I'm actually…read morechoosing to taper & get off methadone bcz this clinic has proven to me, state run facilities don't care about a patient, they care more about the dime they receive behind your addiction. This clinic won't provide take homes because back years prior they wanted to dispose take homes to every patient like it was candy, so now patients who meet every single criteria for take homes still "aren't qualified" even when you provide over 20 letters written even by a lawyer proving that what they're stating is incorrect, they'll ignore you.. brush you off, or have the doctor try to push you on a forced taper "you should go faster" just cuz they want you out, knowing now I know the bullshit they do behind every patients back. I submitted grievances against "clinical supervisor" Quinn, the "doctor" Dr. Haze, & The "clinical director" Enetrea - who let me state I don't even know if this person exists I requested over 20 times a meeting with clinical director to date, such request has been denied. Denying my patient rights and regulations. The clinic is aware of their negligence but does not care to acknowledge it. I've requested since September my "reason" for take home denial in writing which is within my patient rights, I still have not received such. Again against patient rights and regulations. The clinic will even ignore their OWN policies, my grievances have had no acknowledgment since, mind you the clinic has received them over 2 months ago.. challenge the doctor and he'll throw prejudice remarks against a medically diagnosed condition by multiple doctors, who are specialists in gastrointestinal disorders, NOT primary care (methadone) maintenance, second a doctor who has only met me once for a total of 10 minutes should not be throwing his own personal beliefs onto ANYONES medical condition. It's unprofessional, and highly disgusting behavior for a medical professional, kinda makes you question his credibility and integrity as a doctor. No? I've reported this, the clinic does not care. All they care about is receiving that dime behind your name if you have insurance that's going to pay out even if you don't come that day... that's why this clinic is open every single day of the week providing absolutely limited hours almost impossible to make on the weekends, knowing this, knowing almost half there patient load doesn't come in and misses there dose due to there wanting to be open a extremely limited 2 hours... they don't care if you miss your medication, they got there money! So whatever you do that day to get by... it's on you! That's how they operate. If you're someone actually looking to follow a real program, don't go here... it's a joke, they never schedule appointments. They expect you to stop on there time when it meets there needs because whether you know or not they have to do certain things within a certain time by law, so they scrape by doing that and than when it's close to deadline you gotta wait 30 plus minutes or be stuck meeting w someone on a day you didn't plan, cuz this clinic doesn't care, they don't follow state guidelines or there own policies why should they care about YOUR life. Right?? This clinic will be continue to be reported til a change is made and they're held accountable. I've requested over a dozen times (which again is within my patient rights) to know if this clinic has been in any kind of trouble, audits, etc, over 3 months has gone by, no response to date. Any request or question you have will go ignored, or they'll try to brush it off to someone else who isn't even qualified to answer such questions. This clinic is the biggest joke in Milwaukee. And I can't wait til, the three who think thy can avoid people and treat people like shit are held responsible for there actions.
