I had a strange feeling when no one showed up. I called to follow up, she answered, but suddenly claimed she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. If my job wasn't a good fit, a simple message or call would've been appreciated. Ignoring potential clients is not only unprofessional, it's just bad business. The team was also very mindful about my lawn when they have to back the bucket truck utility vehicle into my driveway by using wooden planks on areas where they had to drive onto the grass - something not unnoticed and very appreciated. I was gonna get a quote from a few different places but their quote was very reasonable I just decided it was not necessary to contact others. They came out just three days later and completed the job in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them again when I need some tree work done.
