The last time I used their services was…read morein 2022 after I had been being cyber bullied and my computer and WiFi hacked for nearly a year while I was renting a senior apartment from Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) in Knoxville. I already knew KCDC was involved. They have a reputation for going to extremes to target and retaliate against residents, and I had filed HUD complaints against them. When I brought my computer into Computer Depot, the manager/owner looked at me with eyes as big as saucers. I felt intuitively that something was not right. I gave them my computer and asked them to wipe the hard drive and reload my programs to get rid of the malware. When I came back to pick up my computer, I found that they had disabled my Secure Boot and installed a program that allowed them to come and go from my computer system, but also left an open door for the hackers. That was like a big clue that KCDC had hired them as "black hats" to facilitate their cyber harassment and surveillance, which included turning my apartment neighbors against me and encouraging them to harass and surveil me. Two attorneys who reviewed my screen shot evidence warned me that KCDC might be setting me up for a criminal indictment. I will never use Computer Depot again.

I had my iPhone X screen and battery repaired/replaced for $150. My daughter's iPhone 6 got a new screen for $55 and her iPad 6 screen was replaced for $100. I know the parts are aftermarket and probably not the same quality as true OEM. But, if you are replacing parts on a phone, why pay top dollar? At that point, it makes sense to just get a new one. I certainly don't like paying for repairs to my devices. But, if you need it, this is the place. Since the staff seem to be vested in the business, they really care. Definitely better than the mall kiosks and other repair shops. Only unusual thing is their storefront is in an office complex down a long interior hallway. I assume it's because the rent is low and they got a lot of space cheaply. But, just know that it's not your usual "retail" location storefront. Overall -- Highly recommended.

My screen was shattered so badly that glass was falling off and the lcd had a black spot and lines across the screen, but now it looks like it's brand new! I was worried that a screen replacement on a note might make the stylus less responsive, but it works like I just bought it! Great, friendly service that I would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed.

By the time I got it back, I had already bought a new laptop, and was seriously worried that they were doing something illicit with my data due to the length of time they had my laptop, their shady behavior, and their outright lies. First, they started dodging my phone calls and almost NEVER called me back. I am not exaggerating - I am looking at my call history to them right now and during those 8 months I called them 41 times for either updates or in attempts to get my laptop back. They called me 3 times total. Every time I did manage to speak to the guy, it was just excuse after excuse, delay after delay, even at the point where I just wanted my property back because it was obvious he wasn't doing anything with my laptop. Here's another very concerning problem. He told me that my laptop needed to be sent to Dell, and that entire fiasco was part of what took so long. I agreed, and as my suspicions grew as to what the heck was going on, ended up calling Dell myself because I just wanted my laptop back and I did not trust what this guy was telling me anymore. And as it turned out, Dell did not have my laptop. I asked this guy about it, and he told me (paraphrasing) that he didn't actually send it to Dell, but some guy qualified to work on Dell products who does this stuff on the side. To keep what could be a much longer review short, this was entirely unprofessional, shady, and dishonest. After a full EIGHT MONTH nightmare I finally got my laptop back - in exactly the same condition I brought it there - took it to UBreakiFix, and it was in and out within a week. Go anywhere but here.

It was a very cheap unit, probably $59 at a box store. It came used and without ink, so we had to buy the cartridges. The printer didn't work they directed us to other cartridges, we bought those the printer still did not work. Now we are in $79 for an initial fee and over $100 in ink cartridges. They said they would come to our house, no more than two blocks from their office. They cancelled at the last minute due to a forecast of rain??? They rescheduled, didn't show. They rescheduled again and didn't show. Now they no longer respond to email inquiries. I am planning, if no response to this complaint, to file one with the Better Business Bureau.
