They took care of my things and I will definitely use them in the future. They charge by the hour, send 2 or 3 guys, then work their butts off. They helped me out by expertly packing my storage unit in order to avoid my having to rent a second unit. They're a good company and worth price.

Then 4pm rolled around, nothing. Called again, got someone this time who said no drivers were available, which is totally fine, definitely short notice, but communication is key. Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star. I tried to schedule a delivery of a mattress that I had ordered from QVC. First they scheduled a…read moredelivery and then called to say they could not deliver it in house due to Covid. I tried to call them back to schedule delivery to just deliver outside. I kept getting put on hold and then the call would disconnect. At one point the receptionist answered and I asked her to have the guy call me back so we could set up delivery and she said he'd call me back before he left for the day. He never called me back. Then I spoke to someone else that put me on hold and I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. The last time I called to try to scheduled the delivery I was put on hold and then it finally went to an answering machine. I'm so fed up with this company that I just canceled my order with QVC.
