Children of all ages, from infants to toddlers, are mixed together. The children have a predictable daily routine, doing projects like holiday-,letter-, or number-themed drawing, free-play, and playing in the playground outside. And, of course, nap time. Dieu does an incredible job letting the kids play while also teaching them to share, "wait your turn," and play nicely with other children. Dieu and Greg are so committed to their work that they remodeled a section of their house, turning it into a huge play area for the children. Dieu sends out a daily email that lets us know what our kid has been doing, which is awesome. Our daughter has been going to Dieu's for almost 2 years, since she was 5 months old. She has so much fun that she doesn't want to go home at the end of the day. Our younger daughter will start in December of 2015.

Smarter Fun Summer Camp involves physical activities, reading, computer fluency, art, drama, fitness, free lunch and two healthy snacks, 1-10 counselor to camper ratio, and counselors are college graduates (most) and college students. Our Monarch Butterfly restoration project is seeing first results this year and the campers will soon release more Monarchs near the milkweed and high nectar flowers they have planted. I had my child in this school throughout the summer program and I was appalled that they call this…read more3 ring circus a daycare center. The baby room had a mildew smell in it on the humid days. I washed my hands in the sink in the main room and all I smelt was sewer smell. I asked to speak to the director and I was told that she is hardly here anymore. The floors are always sticky and dirty. I always seen dead bugs scattered about the floor. My child said they aren't made to brush their teeth but I was told in the beginning they would be. The playground wasn't any better the toys were old and broken and faded from the sun there was cat poop in the sand box on numerous occasions. I think the outdoor toys are out dated and dangerous. I could not believe the amount of bees flying around the playground where the kids play I had to pull my child before she got stung from a bee because she's highly allergic. I will never tell anyone anything good about this daycare and I would recommend visiting one of the other 4 daycares just down the street.

We finally did this fall, a bit rainy and cool this time of year bust sill much to see. There are many new shops and eateries but a few old timers remain. A favorite children's shop Caline's, that I had used 40 years ago is still in the same place and has nicely updated stock, the staff was friendly and the stock ready for fall and winter. We most just walked past many of the new shops, many home decor with a nautical theme. I stopped in one of the tee shirt places with a fairly large display bu the one thing I was hoping for was not available thi year. We found a great French Bakery and I will review that separately, but I suggest everyone stop in. People are friendly her, parking was easy on a fall weekday, but plan ahead should you venture in Putin summer. There are also some nice parks, one right on Main St, with the Library visible across the green. From past experience it is a really good library, for adults and children as well. Our kids spent many hours inside when they were young,. Visit Falmouth when you are on the cape, not as flashy and touristy as some but one with shops for daily living too. It's and easy stop on the way to the Island ferries in Woods Hole or if heading further east on the Cape, to Hyannis, Chatham, the National Seashore, or all the way to Provincetown.S.

Beautiful, peaceful, just wonderful to walk around in. Everyone is very friendly. Cool stores to shop in. I have gone to a few places and felt you know this place would be a cool place to live in, but I have never felt so strongly about my wanting to live in Falmouth/Cape Cod. I remember telling my family, you know I would like to retire here one day. Which is crazy for me to say when I am in my 30s. I don't know this place is just that beautiful. If you are planning on going to Massachusetts/New England... check out Cape Cod and definitely spend some time in this delightful town.
