Maintenance closed off holes with foam which mice have already chewed up. Have caught more than 30 mice in my apartment, still having to buy my own traps. Bed bugs are still being treated for in other apartments. Other neighbors also have mice. Worst nightmare ever! Overly priced to be living with mice and bed bugs! We've only lived here since the end of June and regret every minute of it. Every time I think we caught all the mice more just keep running around.

Under the recommendation from a coworker, I came here after our previous agent failed to find us anything decent. Thankfully, Carol came through with shining colors. Now, I'm not TOO picky of a guy, but I knew what we wanted in a house, and how much we wanted to spend. Most importantly, I didn't want any salesman BS about how "with only a little bit of work, you can knock down these six walls, build a new kitchen, finish the basement, and do a small addition to the bedroom", or that buying a craphole of a house was a "great investment". In the wake of Hurricane Sandy & the housing bubble, a lot of people were trying to sell their beaten-up / tiny / unkempt houses for *way* more than they were worth, and Carol was there - day after day, putting up with us and my (often crass) sense of humor while we hunted for a place where the sellers weren't nuts. Looking at houses felt like hanging out with a friend, not being pressured into buying by a pushy salesperson. If I had to do it all over again, I'd most certainly come back here. I'm pretty sure if it weren't for Carol, I'd probably have given up looking at houses entirely, and ended up in some tiny apartment for the next 10 years.
