His fees are reasonable and if I hadn't just signed up with another quarterly pest control company literally 2 days ago, he'd have that business from me too! Turns out he did a termite job across the street just a couple months ago - and that neighbor went out of his way to catch-up with Wayne. He's a standup guy that does what he says he's going to do and takes pride in what he does. I've already recommended him to a friend in St Pete who suspects critters are squatting in her attic.

A couple months ago when I actually looked at the report, they had nothing to say about my lawn. Said it was in good condition and that there were no issues. I was floored. No issues?! There were multiple different types of weeds, bare patches, etc. I immediately replied and sent an email saying so. I asked them to come back out and spray for all the issues. I was told they couldn't respect for two weeks, but they would come out free of charge with a supervisor or manager to assess the yard as well. Two weeks later, I get a report. Saying there was only one type of weed found and that my yard was in good condition. I was livid! I immediately emailed saying that again they were not telling the truth, my yard had weeks everywhere and I saw no manager. The CS responded with, get this, that when they say the yard is in good condition they mean that there are no bare spots for grass. That it has nothing to do with weeds or anything. How laughable and misleading. Especially considering there were multiple bare spots the size of dinner plates in my front AND side yards. I was then told the manager did come look at my lawn, but on a different day. No. They didn't. No one came to my door or walked through my gate and was in my yard. I was told someone would call me, and no one did. First they tried telling me the number they had didn't work, and then I sent them my number and crickets! Now they are out here trying to send me bills when they don't do their job and lied about it. Stay away from this company if you value your yard and your wallet.

Bee Man Stan and his son Grant were very kind and responsive to my telephone call about a swarm of…read morebees on my patio and wall. Overnight the bees nested and created a hive of sorts on the wall with thousands of bees. The Bee Guys responded within 12 hours to the emergency as I'm highly allergic to bees. Apparently bee swarms were breaking out everywhere. Grant was very communicative & removed the swarming bees even though they tried to attack him. He was very conscientious about cleaning up and actually also removed wasp nests for us. I am truly grateful for their service as it was a scary situation for someone who is so allergic to bees. I highly recommend them.

Stan was easy to communicate with, laid out a clear plan and put me on the days schedule even though he had other appointments. He was very prompt and by this late afternoon I received photos of the nest and the eradication of the yellow jackets! He also provided a 1 year warranty that the yellow jackets would not return to that same spot again! I highly recommend him!
