He has the highest skill level for technique and results. He is thorough and comprehensive in his examination and treatment. At first I was like, "wait, what? I've been getting regular care right along- how can there be so many issues that need to be addressed?" And then he started fixing them and I was like, wow, so that's how my mouth could have, (and should have been)! I've always feared and dreaded the front teeth upper gum and pallet novacaine shot, because it's a lot worse than a "pinch." But not with Dr. Jon. His technique gave me more of a slow pressure, not a painful pinch, which amazed me. And somehow he dialed in the exact amount- I had no pain at all, yet when I was done, my upper lip and nose didn't feel like I'd been punched, there was just a slight tingle that went away very shortly. The office staff is also great- appointments were handled with skill, multiple options, and accuracy. I am always greeted with warmth and friendliness, especially by Kayla. I'm just guessing here, but there might be a rule that only nice, pretty women are allowed to work there, I'm joking yet it seems to fit the observable facts. We can fit you in today if you don't mind, So I said yes!!!! And here I am having them put in same-day crowns on both teeth, I don't have to come back for multiple visits. I had extensive orthodontics that were being done by another office and when I'd go in for check ups he wasn't condescending about what they were doing which was nice. Their office was also accommodating and non-judgmental about our family not wanting fluoride treatments. My dad loves Dr. Straub since he's done a lot of his oral surgery. In his words he's, "fast and painless" - important things for oral surgeons. On the other hand, my sister has TMJ issues and Dr. Straub was never able to fix anything for her. He tried a number of treatments but none were successful. I'd recommend him for check ups and surgery but not for TMJ.

I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well.
