However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.

Sit down in their chairs and their tech is not only some of the best I've ever seen, but the amenities are awesome! From massagers in the chairs to Tvs on the walls to sunglasses for when they shine lights in your face to see your pearly whites, this place is awesome. When I arrived was warmly greeted and filled out a couple of questions on a laptop by the front desk. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was taken to the back to see Dr. Angie. She was kind, gentle, and explained everything she was checking for and addressed any questions I had. She definitely took it any stress I had about coming in. Afterwards I saw my hygienist and left with a nice little welcome gift. What I really liked was how kind everyone was and how they explained everything to you. Plus each hygienist has their own little "cubby" with a window and bird feeder. *it's the little things*. They also provide you with plastic safety glasses and my hygienist even had tinted ones! It really shows they care about the patient here. If you're looking for a dentist I'd highly recommend this place :)
