LOVED the course, Bartender is AWFUL. I have played this course so many times and I loved it, but dealing with the RUDE older bartender on Sundays is just not worth the hassle anymore. I had the worst service for Thanksgiving with my family today. We paid almost $30.00 a person for seven people to eat the Thanksgiving buffet and when we asked "SEVERAL TIMES" about the prime rib because many of us don't eat $30.00 worth of food and wanted a slice of prime rib we were given the run around and ignored. Then when we finally got fed up and were leaving, we were handed a small to go box with a little bit of prime rib that was supposed to be for all seven of us to share, it was the equivalent of one normal serving of prime rib elsewhere. Don't think i'm going to be going back. The reviews here that mention being treated poorly and ignored are not an exaggeration like i had thought, before this incident today. It also wasn't because the prime rib wasn't cooked, it was offered to a table next to us. read more

Pictures make the course look a lot better than it is. There's mud holes on several greens. I lost 5 balls in the fairway/rough and for the most part couldn't tell where the fairway ended and rough began. Has potential to be a decent course but it's not one right now. let me start with a positive. The lady at the golf shop was super friendly and helpful. That's where it peaks. The golf course is hard pack dirt with sporatic chunks of grass here and there. Greens are not in fact green...they are hard pack dirt as well over 90% of them. it really looked more ike a construction site. I made the choice to play, I paid my $50. I would not reccomend, and would actually encourage you to seek your golf elsewhere. I left feeling like I was swindled out of my money. It's that bad. I wish them nothing but the best...and with some upkeep the layout is actually really nice and could be an amazing course. Maybe some investors and a little TLC could make it great. In it's current condition I would consider it unplayable. read more

Worst golf course we've ever been too. Over 70% was dead grass and what wasn't dead hadn't been cut in so in so long it went to seed. Bought sandwiches at the restaurant to take on the course that we're awful. $50 golfing each and another $60 on bad food and beer wasted. We paid for 18 holes and quit at 9 it was so bad. I haven't played here in years. I don't recall it being in this poor of condition. Our cattle pasture growing up was nicer. The tee boxes need a hammer to put your tee in the ground. The fairways are dried out or dead in a lot of spots. The greens have dead spots and holes in them. I recommend spending another $30 and going to another course in town that actually maintains their course. It's not worth the $50 to play. I wouldn't even play here again for free. A 1 star rating is too much. read more

We've gone here for years for breakfast (loving the food) but haven't been in a while. Went for Lunch today and was not impressed. Out of 10 meals (kids and adults) there were only 2 that were decent. Over priced for microwaved chicken breasts that were so rubbery you couldn't even cut it hardly. Ranch tasted like plain mayo. Crispy chicken salad came out rubbery microwaved chicken salad. Forgot the gravy and it came out in a super hot dish you couldn't even touch. Love the view of the course while eating. This place has such potential i wish the food and service was better. Might be a long while till we return. read more

Never been to the golf course to play, writing about the bar! It was suggest for me to go on a Friday night by the karaoke DJ. I love karaoke and pool, and he said he got them to put in a pool table, so a friend and I decided to check it out. Disappointed. it was dark, and there was no light above the pool table so I couldn't see what I was shooting at. It took seriously 15 mins to order a drink, then in the middle of making my drink the bartender stops and starts a drink for another guest...um hey I have waited long enough. I finally got my drink and it wasn't at all what I ordered...then our que ball got sent to the ball return not the que ball return, and the bartender ignored us so we couldn't get a key to get it out. Needless to say, until that bartender is fired, I won't even consider going back. I used to bartend and if my boss saw me do that same performance I would have been fired... read more

Didn't eat there just went to play golf. Very parched weeds is more of a description for the fairways. Greens weren't much better. It smells like there's a wastewater treatment plant next door. Only positives were there was hardly anyone there so no waiting on any hole and the fees were low! read more

let me just start by saying this place used to be really good with food and service but since they've had the new staff everything has gone downhill the food sucks the service sucks the bartenders suck. - they even had no ranch for my wings and offered me fry sauce ??? Wtf . unfortunately tonight I witness some discrimination.the newest bartender don't know her name couldn't catch it she wouldn't give it. she cut off some disabled boy. She said I don't know how much "you people "can handle so she cut him off. I only witness him since he came in having two shots and one beer which for about a 30-year-old big boy about 240 that's not a lot, I then witnessed the off-duty bartender there about 3 hours after this instance partying with her boyfriend, getting drunk and smoking cigarettes on the balcony, then decide when she came back in that it was a liability issue that everyone at the table he was at could no longer drink beer where the disabled boy was at , for him being able reach alcohol an arms reach was a huge issue, and everyone had to be cut off. Mind you she had just been sitting at the table her self drinking seltzers With her boyfriend. She then made a huge Sceen to the whole bar and crowd that he was cut off any anyone near him should be cut off as well. She was yelling and screaming at others as well a anyone at The counter. She was such white trash, from Actionsand how she acted from way she looked. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. This isn't the way you treat someone who is disabled, and it is total discrimination. I am appalled, and not only will I be looking, but I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit act. In the establishments and the bartenders that night. The actions of the this establishment has been disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

This place is a joke. The fact that it's open still is beyond me. Showed up 15 mins before our tee time and waited 20 mins to pay with nobody else in line. The tee boxes are bald, fairways are not cut and ALL the greens have huge dirt spots on them. The bunkers have no sand, just dirt and 3 ft weeds. I've been to some not so good courses all over the country but this place takes the cake. The whole place is atrocious besides the clubhouse which is obviously the only part they keep up and spend money on. You've been warned.. do NOT play here. They couldn't pay me to play another round. Total lack of consistency in quality since they started advertising as a restaurant and not just a golf course.

Michelle is a crook! I was quoted a price for the Venue for a baby shower and was charged DOUBLE after all was said and done! There was no contract, no agreement signed, barley any real information from her provided, I asked LOTS of questions to confirm what was stated in her original email and she agreed to all the things I asked about. After the fact, day of I was charged an additional $300. Her response is very few and far between via email, she always wants to call (so there is no documentation of what she is promising) and I refuse to speak with her on the phone for documentation purpose! I am very upset that this experience was SO NEGATIVE and that I was taken advantage of. After being taken advantage of I asked around to others who have used this location and got nothing but negative feedback about the Owner, Michelle! Very sad to hear, disapointed I didnt research her more before hand! Leason learned. PLEASE look for another venue before thinking about doing business with the West Richland Golf Course! read more

I visit the Tri-Cities often and unfortunetly, this Isn't the best course in the area. Although the food tastes great, the kitchen it comes from looks chaotic and poorly managed. The bartenders are very friendly but the gossip is unsettling and disturbing. I've heard of bartenders drinking on the job, owner taking partial tips, or who said what to who. Horrible service at the bar tonight!! When we first arrived there was two bartenders. As it got busy for some reason there was only one. The bartender was very rude and when I tried asking about how to get downstairs for the event, she ignored me. I waited and waited to order food. Okay, I did not play golf here. I'm writing this review for the unofficial bar, "the 19th hole" where I had an amazing time in a temporary trailer/bar (the normal one burnt down!!!) there was a bar and a restaurant, and a good Dj named Adam who helped up Karaoke the night away. Michelle the bartender and (OWNER?) manager has 5 drinks named after her! I had one i loved, but i can't tell you what was in it. I CAN tell you everyone is nice, kids were in the restaurant, a good time was had by all. I can tell you we thought we were in the wrong place. No lights, a gravel driveway and florescent lights coming from this "bar" almost convinced me we had arrived at some labor meeting or something, but, once inside you can see a commercial kitchen, a wood bar and nice tablecloths, so it was more then alright. i want to go back ! it was on Friday, so i would recommend that night, since i dont know if there are other kareeokee nights or anything. if i find out more, i'll update! read more

Rating the bar, not the golf course. Came in to see a friends band play and things started okay. Our server was super nice - she said it was only her third day - and she seemed very capable to take good care of us. We were sitting in the dining room area and it got really busy after an hour or so, so I went to the bar to order a drink and some food during a set break. The bartender made it very clear she did not want to be heping me since l already had a server, even though she had about ten people in her area compared to the 50 in the dining room. Had l not been there to watch the band I would have walked out. Ordered the chicken nachos which were a total rip off. 13.99 for stale chips, unseasoned chicken, 3 jalapenos rings, 5 olives, 5 tiny tomato dices and no attempt at being presentable, let alone palatable. Drinks were average and if it wasn't for the new girl I'd only give it two stars. Hope she lasts but I won't be back by choice. read more

I live down the street from the golf course. I am disabled and can't drive nor walk very far at all. This place is a gem!! A couple of years ago I called to see if they delivered food (they have an AWESOME restaurant with great specials and I'm told fantastic prime rib). I explained my situation and could they please deliver a dinner once in awhile. No hesitation... they said yes and stepped up to bat. This was before Uber eats. No charge for delivery which made their tip that much bigger. I use discretion and don't order at peak times in business as it usually is the bartender who delivers. Food is great!! Clam chowder, burgers, fish, etc... all delivered hot and tasty. They have excellent bread pudding and have even delivered a glass of milk with my meal as requested. I'm told the clubhouse is beautiful and great for renting out for parties and receptions. What a hidden gem I have in my neighborhood!! I enourage all to try this place... shoot a game of golf as well! read more
