Parkade is hands down the best home bar in Kennewick, daily specials are on point, the people comin and goin make spendin $$$$ on a burger I don't need acceptable, and recent new owner has down hecl job being something and somewhere for everyone, and if you dont belong, no words need said some people like the bar across the street :/ Somethin has shifted the flow, maybe its me......every time I go in, and maybe conviently Ijust happen go with others like me catching the same ick but over the last couple months, I have found myself feeling like a ZIT, there not much you can do about it, you know its comin, you still choose go out about with this gnarly thing wrecking your face, and next thing you know im poppin out of there before my face festers up and catches whatever attitude and lack of care and attention towards whose working, how things work, what kinda bar this is and who its for, and with every 2/3 roll through to enjoy the laid back...well Parkade is Awesome but ive now noticed I don't have a zit issue, the Parkade does. I never choose to eat across the street but again today the Parkade issue made it today the last time I felt need to make it over there and check on the buddies stil hangning around. Its a bar, it serves two things burgers and wings...... its serves two things beer and coctails..... this is what makes dive bars. The people, the lack options and the people okay with that paired with the bartender we all love and tolerates our shit like our wives or therpaists, and we tip and spend and feel good, some people left, got it, but the bartenders in trainin seem to exist there to hang with there friends while those us who lack desire change anymore quietly are told that if we dont like it then we can leave. When multiple people feel it, stay one drink, noticing money just leave the bar, drinks sitting there empty as if im suppose to BEG, and demand your attention while being borderline shamed for asking or speaking towards them because the hundred subtle non verbal and being nice and watching how people operate in BARS, its not hard, especially when youre serving locals, its shouldnt be a maze. its a thing, competiton for worst bartender Kenewick and I hope winner crowned soon because I dont care for place across street but Here I Am. Look forward coming back. Just not on weekends or nights unless its Laura. Great Dive bar trying be more inclucive and exciting means busier, busier doesn't mean harder. Youre losing money by doing it hard and if you push out half your core before the other half get too old then itll just be what its been, no heart, no life, no customer care unless the bartender good mood and that seems be when its frined break time rather be in kitchen and pouring just beer, its just beer. Amazingly delicious burger, server/bartender was quick and super kind. My husband suggested this place and neither of us had gone before, when I saw the place I was unsure but man that burger really does make you remember not to judge a book by its cover. 100% recommend and will absolutely be back. If your not playing pull tabs, you're last on the list to have the server make it back to your table. Not really the servers fault. They usually just have one server working at a time. Went to visit this place to support it during Covid and have a drink, the waitstaff one in particular which is who was serving us was not wearing a mask the entire time. She had it dine at her chin so what's the point???? How hard is it to wear your mask? If your employees are going to be bringing me drinks or food have them wear their mask. My wife and I have never been "bar-hoppers" but we tried this place one night and it immediately became a favorite stop! Though it's a bit of a dive, it's a cool one. In fact, I like dives so that really works for this place. Doesn't feel grimy or anything. It's very clean and was a fun atmosphere. My first food experience here was their Smokehouse Burger and WOW!!!! One of the best burger's I've ever tasted in my life! My wife says the same things. We've been back several times and love to order the same thing. The atmosphere is also pretty cool. The staff very friendly. The beer cold. The bartenders friendly and experienced. Weekends there is often music. It's a fun place to go (complete with Jenga games at the tables, which even the staff joined in the fun and offered their advice and some good witty comments). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there were a couple other food items we tried that were only average (like the chicken strips) and the fries were not the worst, but not the best either (typical bar food). As I said though, the burgers are awesome and worthy of a 5 star rating there. We are definitely fans! :) read more

If only zero stars was an option. Let me start off by saying, I used to ABSOLUTELY love the Parkade. It was my go to place after work when I was bartending in the area. I had moved out of state and recently returned, and had decided to relive my old Parkade nights this weekend. I wish I didn't. I was sitting at the bar, with a few friends and the service wasn't just bad, it was awful. Being someone from the industry, I can understand a few hiccups, and I can tell if you're too busy to make me a drink. But when I watch you just wander around aimlessly and NEVER ask if I need another drink, you're doing your job wrong. Many points throughout the night I had pushed my empty glass up to the edge of the bar and she would stare it and walk by. My drink had been sitting on the edge of the bar for about 10 minutes, when I finally got her attention, for her to tell me "We're not longer serving" as I'm watching her serve another person. I asked her when she had told the bar it was last call...her response was that she turned the music off and yelled it 5 minutes ago. I honestly believe that the person sitting at the bar RIGHT in front of her would have heard her say last call if she had actually done it. Not only that, but my drink has been waiting empty way longer than the 5 minutes since last call at 1:40 bar time. I understand it's Boat Race weekend, and you don't want to over serve, but I'm watching you serve the same people multiple AMF's, and 40's of PBR...over serve much? Not only that, but you had patrons drinking these 40's outside of the bar. When I got my bill at the end of the night, I took it upon myself to give her a tip I thought she deserved for her lack of service and horrible attitude. She then started yelling at me from the other side of the bar, claiming she'd given me excellent service and told me "Call Steve" So here you go Steve, your bartenders suck. The end. read more

My first impression of this bar was WOW. We had a wonderful time with great beer and wonderful service/banter from the bartender. My thoughts when I left were of great satisfaction and a "for sure" return......that is until I looked at my bank account this morning. For some reason they feel the need to pre-authorize all debit card $100 for $2.50 beers. I'm not a successful mathematician but that seems like a lot of beer. When I called to have this situation rectified, the bartender seemed like this was no big deal and a general practice that all bars should apply. This place never disappoints. We were introduced to the Parkade establishment about five years ago by family members who also love it. Bottom lines here, the staff is friendly and definitely not lazy, the food is absolutely amazingly delicious, and the drinks are never watered. I do recommend this place. Visiting them was very pleasant and they were so nice to me up until The end when they told me that I couldn't drink anymore because I threw up in the sink. Went here on a Thursday night and it was pretty slow inside. They had a Ranger IPA on tap that was pretty tasty and I tried the smokehouse burger which was excellent! Got a nice huge order of fries that I couldn't finish and I was pretty hungry going in. Decent, clean looking place even if not busy. I imagine it picks up on weekends. Used to be me and my wife's favorite drinking spot. Within walking distance, cool servers, and the burgers are great! BUT they removed the juke box and broke my heart. Haven't been back since. This is a pretty decent dive bar downtown Kennewick that sports a rather eclectic crowd. They have karaoke on Wednesdays and a grill that operates most of the night. This used to be a fantastic spot to hit on any given night, but the owner has been shuffling around bartenders rather frequently of late and, as a result, the quality of the mixed drinks and service has been all over the board. read more

One of the greatest places in the Tri-Cities. Always busy with locals young and old. Popular with people who grew up here to meet their friends and with many tourists. A very good place for Happy Hour when you can play the jutebox or play pool. They always have a lunch special and their motto is, "If We Are Open, The Grill is Open." Very well known for the best and biggest hamburger in town. Bartenders are very friendly, efficient, and take the time to get to know you. Great place to meet and talk with friends. My favorite day is Wednesday when there is a high energy Karaoke host who starts the show at 8:00 p.m. The sound system is very good but you can still visit. The Parkade has been my regular bar for 7 years. I haven't felt the need to go elsewhere. Kindness, courtesy, respect and happy attitudes are what I receive there, in addition to a great selection of whiskeys and low prices. I'm grateful to the staff for their many kindnesses. I love their positive and friendly attitudes. My 6 adult children and I often gather at the Parkade to relax and stay in touch. The daughters always like those exotic specialty drinks Keli creates with such flair too! That's what this place is, somwhere to chill, hang out, and be in good company. You're just as likely to meet a small town girl whose living in a lonely world, as you are a city boy born and raised in South Detroit. Who knows, maybe it's that fat bottomed girl makin' eyes at you all night, making your rockin' world go round. Because, no matter what, any way you want it, and if that's the way you need it... It has a long bar with TV's, a good selection of liquors, good looking bartenders that are fun to talk to, excellent food for a bar, free popcorn, and cool laid back atmosphere.
