She is super knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the best windows and doors for my situation. She is also a pleasure to be around which makes the process that much easier. Tyler and Coby came and did the walk through for accurate measurements and asked very detailed questions to make sure that everything turns out perfect from beginning to end. I feel very confident that what I ordered will be an exact match and a seamless project from beginning to end. So glad I came to Pella!

We did not have to pay for their mistake.) Ultimately, the new doors were ordered and installed correctly after several more weeks. BUT this is because our project had their best contractor/installer (Anthony) on it. Anthony did a fantastic job, and was apologetic for all the issues (obviously, he personally had nothing to apologize for - but his employer does). The local supervisor/foreman quit the same day he visited with the new installer, and realized the measurements were incorrect. The installer (nor us) had any idea the foreman was about to quit (after abt. 4 months on the job); but he inherited all the problems. At no point during this time, did anyone from Pella management (in Dallas) bother to contact us, provide more context, or just as a basic courtesy. They were entirely hands-off, leaving all the issue to the local office, which is apparently in bad shape. To Pella North Texas: SHAME ON YOU. This is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. 100% Stand-up for your product/service. Don't just leave your employees/crew and customers blowing in the wind. To Pella Corporate: If your associates who operate at the local level can't get their act together, then perhaps you should consider pulling your license/sales agreements... assuming you care about your brand. Case in point: We will never do business with Pella (any location) ever again.

They were extremely professional, the price was reasonable (considerably less than the next closest estimate), and the work was flawless. Our enclosure was ready at the promised time and promptly and expertly installed. We could not be happier. Glass Guru of Lubbock exceeded our expectations!

First of all upon contacting the company you will be greeted by Clay or Wendy and they will listen to your concerns and needs without walking over you and trying just to sell you something you don't need. Second, they will send out a representative in a short and timely manner to give you a estimate and observe and explain what they can do for you. NOTE: During this process they will listen to all your questions and WIll NOT attempt to just make another dollar off of you. FYI- I attempted to gain three estimates by three different companies with Glass Guru being one of them. The other two showed me a very poor experience by one showing up and asking me what the dimensions were and did not in my mind look like they should be earning my business. The other company didn't call back as they stated or show up to give me a proper estimate. Clay, with Glass Guru arrived and tackled the scenario right away and took many measurements and showed me, and made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what to do for the job at hand. I highly recommend this company to each of you that need services professionally completed either in your residence or businesses. Clay and Wendy, I want to say thank you very much and may God Bless you throughout your business and life's. Y'all truly are the best and I wish y'all all the success in the future. I will be utilizing you again for all my needs that may pop up at anytime in the future. You get a five star rating out of five in my mind.

Sorry for the long post…read more We have a small (1person sized) cave shower in our master bathroom. Now, I'll preface this with the fact that the house was built in early 1981. We have not done much to update or remodel the bathroom. The shower was a tile that had hed up pretty well over the years. Some tiles had come loose so we deided it was time to redo the shower. After visiting some local bath remodeling supply stores, we decided it would be best to contract it out to a remodeler. We received a call from Statewide Remodeling about setting up a review and for them to show us some products. They primarily use a Kohler product called LuxStone. Their design specialist went through their project handling and took measurements of the shower. He designed a shower that we were excited to get built. Originally, they scheduled a project start date that was several weeks away saying that they had to get the product and do some preliminary cuts. The walls were a nice stone that had a quartz pattern. The designer showed us that the pattern would flow around the shower and look like it was folded. The example photos reflected this. They called and said that they would start the demo on a Friday, but the city inspector wouldn't come inspect the initial plumbing until Monday. We had been told that it would only take a few days for the remodel and this was driving it three days for demolition and another few days for completion. We rescheduled to have the start on a Monday and (Hopefully) finish by Friday. Demolition went quick, even though the contractor had a flat tire and left the project for 4 hours to get repaired. Plumbing was done and ready for the inspector. o big issues and the inspector was in and out. Then came the cluster. Instead of using a pattern for the floor pan using cardboard or something get the right cuts, they just measured and cut, then had to cut again, and try it, then cut again, try it, cut again and again. In and out of the house several times before the floor pan would fit. The wall with the fixtures was cut wrong so it had to be redone. There was some water damage to a couple of studs. They replaced those, but we pointed out that the lumber was twisted and bowed. We were told, "I've been doing this for 30 years. I know what I'm doing." Contractor said that they were finished and wanted us to look it over and approve. It was a terrible looking mess. We could put our fingers between the wall and outside pieces. The opening was at least an inch difference between the top and bottom. Visibly off before I measure it. The opening that had the twisted and bow stud, was twisted and bowed as we had told him it was. Needless to say, things went from bad to worse as the contractor stormed out of the house. He called the field supervisor (who had been too busy to check on the build). The contractor had to tear out the opening and redo it. We were told that we would be ecstatic with the shower, because Statewide only did quality work and strived to get a 10/10 customer satisfaction with the project. NOPE! We're OK with the result, but far from ecstatic. We learned a valuable lesson on the project. We have another bathroom to redo but will never use Statewide Remodeling again. You may not want my advice but never use them is you want to be ecstatic about the finished project.

This time the windows were just plain old and worn. We didn't have to replace all of them but decided to do so because of the quality of the product, installation sounded organized, and the job could be completed in a reasonable time period. The job they did was outstanding in every way. Every person with the company was pleasant and helpful. Installation was neat and clean and not at all disruptive of our home routine. The installers were very enjoyable to have around. We were able to ask questions and we received thorough instructions on how to operate every window installed. Rod told us we would enjoy how these windows enhanced our enjoyment of our home. And he was absolutely right! Our home is unbelievably sound free, weather-proof, and so easy to clean! We've always loved our home and our new windows make us love it even more. The remarkable truth is, Window World couldn't have done a better job and we have already referred others to them. Rod and his staff actually made this such a pleasant experience for us and we recommend them without reservation. Five stars aren't near enough - in our book, they rate a 20!
