They also ran out of hand sanitizer so they had to hunt for them today. They only have 20 left. A 118mL bottle cost $5 each which isn't inflated.

I came here with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised how good these guys were. They said my sample size was too small and sent me back which is the right thing to do because the other store didn't do that. So I came back with larger sample and Trevor made the paint and made me feel better about the whole process that things will only get better from here. When I came back home and applied the paint for the spots on my walls, it was an exact match. What a difference it makes when people do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I get it that the older man in the shop could come across cranky but he's the one who sent me back home to get a larger sample because of which Trevor made me the perfect paint. Overall, good customer service and extremely straightforward. Glad they're in the neighborhood. They're also reasonably priced compared to the other paint store I went to. This was the best paint buying experience…read more Seriously. This incredible staff, seamless with paint knowledge. High rank. No question is too stupid. We experienced keen professionalism, passion for their product with an immediacy of service delivered. This meant the world to us. Abdullah the Manager talks the customer's language: A gracious class act who went over the large order repeatedly for efficacy. He was focussed and yet we never felt rushed as not one word nor action was wasted. They even let us name a unique shade created, inspired by our mom. William is incredible at mixing. And props to the lovely team player Trin, who sold us on how 'awesome' her manager Abdullah is, and how his help would come through for our situation. So far, her words ring true. Looking very forward to trying this paint. Will soon write part 2 to keep you posted.

Okay, not the cheapest paint store in the world, but very helpful friendly service…read more I'm one of those annoying people who asks a lot of questions, particularly when repairs or something like that is involved. The sales guy was very informative of the kind of paint we should get, (we were covering a dark/deep colour with another deep colour), how much we should buy, and didn't even try to oversell us on more paint. The prices are pretty high, $68 for a large can of their diamond level paint, but they have a 2 for 1 sale until the end of this week, I believe. I'm hoping the paint is really good, I haven't had a chance to use it yet. They also offer free coffee, but it wasn't very good. I think they need to give their coffee maker a deep clean.

And when the item was picked up, it required that doors be held open to take it out - other customers had to assist while the staff just stood around not helping.
