Visiting friends in Marshall and they took us to this cafe for breakfast. Food and service was great. Would love to come back for dinner to have the salad bar and fried chicken. And prices, you can't beat these prices. We had four people and it was less than $40.

Chicken doesn't get much better than this! Ive been wanting to ty this spot for years but never found the time when we were visiting. The Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were an excellent compliment to the chicken. Then the pies happened. We took home a slice of peanut butter, coconut, peach and black berry. The peanut butter blew my mind! They were all outstanding to say the least. Just wish I could juggle a PB pie onto the flight home tomorrow. Everyone in the vicinity of this place should go!!

Really good broasted chicken, and cheap too! Half a chicken and two sides for under $9! Chicken is crispy and juicy and lighter than normal fried chicken.

Outstanding small cafe in a small town. Priced right and the food is great. Bring your appetite when you come for breakfast here. All the food is homemade and the best Pie and Fried chicken in the valley. They take reservations on Sunday for their fried chicken so call ahead. Family run and very friendly. Say Hi to Sam the waitresses on the counter.

I had the two piece broasted chicken dinner, which came with two sides. The serving size was ample and the price was great. I ordered two pieces of white meat and it was so moist, absolutely juicy and steamy hot when I cut into it. I ordered the baked potato instead of mashed, as I was told the mashed were instant (I appreciate the honesty). The baked potato was great, as were the onion rings. The pies are homemade. I had the strawberry rhubarb, which was sweet and tasty, although not the prettiest pie I have ever eaten. Again, the serving size was generous and price great. We had an hour drive to get there and it was worth every minute. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this great little restaurant!

I loved the peanut butter pie the best, it is unlike any pb pie I have had before.
