She then spent about 5 minutes trying to make us feel better about the situation before basically telling us to take it or leave it while at the same time telling us that another contract term that provided a deck expansion was going to cost us extra. She then presented a letter from the developers attorney that they were canceling the contract due to a clause that states if there is a disagreement that they could cancel. The way this happened so fast tells us there is more to this situation than we know. She does not have the ability to problem solve but just cut ties as fast as possible and probably has a problem dealing with men. Beware of The Preserve and their representation and their one sided lengthy contracts.
