The entry lockset for our front door stopped working correctly, so I called Key One and explained…read morethe problem. Nick came promptly and hoped the lockset could be repaired with new springs. When he removed the hardware, it turned out that would not fix our problem, so he returned the next day with new hardware. That solved our problem, and did so in a way that minimized any repainting of the door. Nick was very generous in charging us just the service call price he had quoted for one trip (though he had come twice), plus the cost of the new lockset. I highly recommend Nick and Key One.
