I was also told they could not verify that I dropped the equipment off, and that they have no records to confirm the transaction beyond the single receipt originally given at the counter. Being denied a duplicate receipt and told there is no internal tracking or proof of drop‑off is extremely concerning. With today's technology, a business handling customer returns should have some form of record or verification system. The lack of accountability here puts customers at risk when returning carrier equipment.

MISSING PACKAGE…read more In the past, I have received mail from other mailbox owners and returned it to the front desk before leaving. Today, when I went in to pick up a delivery, I was advised they didn't receive my Package and to check my delivery address. When I asked Alex for help to look for it in case it was misplaced he told me he was too busy to do that. I only wondered if it was possible that my delivery was assigned to another mailbox by accident, since I've gotten mail from other mailboxes before. I got tracking information that notified me that my delivery came in 3-hrs ago, but when I came to pick it up I was told it was not in their possession. This is within 3-hrs of delivery. Alex said all USPS deliveries were already processed for the day so they did not have it. The delivery update is listed as: "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 2:50 pm on July 1, 2026 in GLENDALE, AZ 85305" but they claim they didn't receive it. It is 5:40pm, the same day of delivery and the package is not here. I've never had a shipment go missing in 10+ yrs until today. I will say that the Owner of this Business has been nothing but kind, honest, and respectful every time we've done business with him. His staff over the years was great and professional. In the past year, that has changed. Alex didn't yell at me but he may not understand how disrespectful he was with his responses today, when he is the one that gets paid to do a job.
