Please note that this store is Under New Ownership! Past reviews mentioned grumpy staff. I have witnessed that and trust me when I say, that is a thing of the past. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an "Open 7 Days" sign. That is a great start and very convenient option. Once inside, I met the new owners. They were happy to be there and all smiles about their new store. I must say that this is the friendliest and most convenient of any carrier store that I've ever visited! Poor customer service. I went in to ship a package of homemade treats to my Grandma in WA, who can't get around or bake anymore but loves our traditional Christmas treats she used to bake for us every year. :) I had all details written out on my properly packaged box and he misspelled my first and last name and didn't correct or ask me about the sending address- we recently moved back here from California and even though I wrote out our NEW address- the clerk Nick (whom I found out his name when I called after- not because he wore a name tag), didn't update the address until I pointed it out after. With that said- make sure everything is spelled correctly and addresses are correct before proceeding with this clerk. He was not pleasant at all. In fact rude. Checking his phone constantly. Didn't greet customers. I think he may be going through some tough things- so I'm trying to give some grace. Everyone is going through something. However all my small talk was responded to rudely and, with, "YUPS". I still wished him a Merry Christmas and to have a good day. But I did say- "Try to cheer up!" As I left the store. There is another location on Litchfield by Safeway, a couple miles away and their c/s there is MuCH better, friendlier and the shipping quarters is much cleaner as well. This location had dirty floors with trash and ripped paper everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this location even though they're the closest to my house. I'll drive a few min further for better c/s. Also last time I came here- they couldn't help return my Direct TV equipment. So that's how I found out about the other location. The other location seems to be more well rounded. I couldn't return my Spectrum equipment at this location either. So perhaps avoid this location if you want a more pleasant experience and more services in general. read more

Poor customer service, Owner/ manager had a confrontational attitude. Charges me $1 for 4 sq inches of tape to put on an Amazon return. Bad look for what is generally a good company. Will be taking my business to the Indian school location. Don't recommend this place at all read more

Has what I'm looking for This location has it all, in store and online printing, document finishing, boxes for all your mail and packaging needs, packing supplies, shipping and helpful staff. My packages are always delivered on time and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for assistance. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. read more

While I was waited on almost immediately (in and out in under 1 minute; gotta love pre-paid labels), the staff needs work on interpersonal relationships with their customers. Now, I don't expect, nor do I want, the life story of the CSR. But, when a customer says, "Hi. How are you doing?" A decent response is expected. Not just, "Fine" or "Okay". But these guys seem to lack the knowledge of even the most rudimentary salutation of welcoming the customer to the store. Since it is the only one in the area, I guess one has to contend with it. A shame that a lot of businesses think they are there for the customer (which they are), but have forgotten that it is the customer who keeps them in business. read more

The older gentleman at this location has got to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. He is VERY rude. He obviously hates his job and people. Not sure why he's working there. I brought in some returns and said "good morning how are you today". He snapped "WHAT" at me and "what do you want" I proceeded with my returns and he literally tossed the receipt at me and said "keep this for three months....do you hear me, three months". Just extremely rude. And this is only one incident there are many others. I'll be using another location or FEDEX from now on. read more

I've shipped a lot here and always have a sub par experience. I am never greeted, talked to, or thanked for my business. Yesterday I walked in to drop off a package and the older gentleman, maybe the owner, simply said "place it here" . He weighed it, gave me a receipt, and said nothing more. No welcome, how are you, how can I help you, have a good day, thanks for choosing our business, goodbye etc. I got three words! All three of the gentleman there have that same demeanor and my guess is the owner sets the tone. If you are dealing with the public and have chosen this as your line of business, customer service comes with the territory. My impression is that the people that work there hate their jobs (a sentiment shared in other Yelp reviews). You never see a smile in this place. read more

I use this location for my mail but I also send back Amazon and other on line purchases here, print, copy,fax and use the notary. If you want a long drawn out conversation this isn't the place for you, if you want consistency and efficiency this is the place for you. Keep killing it guys!!! read more

Since a throat punch and prison sentence isn't ideal I figured I'd do the more appropriate response and write a review. I was in today to ship package/ship an item and will definitely not return. #1 the cost for them to package it was $35...for a box and maybe some bubble wrap? #2 the shipping fee (cheapest) was $140...to the east coast, so $175 total. The guy working there just says uhhh you sure you wanna ship this...No, I was bored and wanted to do an analysis of local shipping companies. #3 when I said you're 5 times more than the post office the response was "well, we worry about getting things delivered fast not cheap". I didn't originally go to the post office since I didn't have my own packaging...and assumed it would be maybe $5-10 for some materials. Wtf are they packing it with gold plated styrofoam peanuts...Needless to say I went to Walmart and bought my own packaging for $8 and headed to the post office. So save yourself some money & package things yourself and skip this UPS store. Update**I double checked with another UPS location just out of curiosity and the shipping was $140, for next day air! It was $27 for standard UPS ground (what I asked for)...Then just to be double sure I went by the FedEx on Dysart/Thomas and their ground rate was $32 and they offered a 20% off coupon so actually more like $25-26. So thanks for further confirming why nobody should use you...You're quoting people the highest rate and telling them that's the cheapest....I guess it's ok to rip people off. read more

Worst store ever I was overcharged for a box. 22.00 when everyone else would have charged 10. Overcharged for shipping 77.00. Vs actual ups charge of 42.57. This UPS store lied cheated and stole has poor integrity as they charged for 25x25x25 when actual real box is 20x20x20. All verified by investigator, You will only get cheated at this store. I am filing a BBB formal complaint. Filing a formal UPS complaint, Lying is Not ok UPS. read more

This store is great! I travel a lot, have been in 50-100 UPS Stores around the country over a 15 year period and let me tell you the one in Litchfield Park is one of the best in the county! !!!!!AND THIS IS WHY I HATE NOR TRUST YELP REVIEWS!!!!! It seems anyone who leaves a bad review is lying about what actually happened or feels they were cheated, yelp has become a place for trolls who feel they were cheated in some way to vent there usually wrongly placed frustration. To the girl complaining it took an hour to drop off a prepaid package there is no way you waited a whole 60mins, maybe 5-10mins, plus you failed to realize it was December 15 when you were in the store to drop off the package. Shipping stores customer count triples at this time there for your more likely to wait but it sure was no where close to an hour. Funny thing is you complained about waiting forever but you had no problem wasting your time to write and post a review lying about how long it actually took. read more
