Terrible! I just wanted to drop off an Amazon return . When I arrived, there were people standing out in front of a locked door. Sign on door "Back in 30 minutes ". My first thought was "30 minutes from when?" People there had been waiting over a half hour already with no one there to reopen. Waste of my time and gas driving over there. If you are short handed, hire more people. If you can't get employees, pay more. You sure charge enough. After I get this return done, I will never use this location again. I have spend a lot of money there before. Shame on you. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I went to this store yesterday to send a package. Since I don't have a printer and only have the label in PDF format, a woman asked me to email the label to them. She printed it on an A4 sheet from another printer, and then asked me to pay $3.99 at the cashier to print the label. I was shocked. They wanted to charge me $4 just to print their own label, which is ridiculous. It's not even 40 cents worth of printing. So, I took the A4 sheet to another UPS store and sent the package there. read more

Always Helpful The staff at this location are always so helpful. I had various of transactions that I needed to process. I had multiple shipping labels I needed printed out, documents to be notorized, information faxed, and then sent by mail. Everyone was so helpful and never complained or acted annoyed, like other places might have. The staff are always accomdating and polite. read more

I shipped a package on Friday, August 19th. The clerk talked me into UPS vs USPS and said it would arrive sooner with UPS. I agreed even though it was more expensive. When I checked with my recipient days after the expected arrival time, the package had not been delivered. I tracked the package and it did not even move until last Friday 8/26. My phone number is attached to the shipment, no one called or informed me that it was lost in their store or going to be late. read more

After going to this UPS Store for everything from stamps to shipping & receiving over the years, I've yet to walk in on a day when someone isn't in a good mood. GREAT STAFF! They greet EVERY SINGLE PERSON that walks in. The owner is amazing. You can tell he has high expectations of the staff he has working there. I've never had a problem with any of the packages or mail I've sent off... or for that matter anything I've ever received. They are ON TOP of everything. Very courteous and smile with whatever you ask... even though they probably answer the same questions every single day. They do have a lock & key service for customers that have a PMB (Private Mailbox) with them so you can pick up your mail even after the store is closed, at night or weekends. I know they also have different services available for those customers too.... email or text message alerts every time you get mail. They sign for your UPS/FedEx packages and hold them too. They have personal and business options for mailboxes. Never used their printing services but they do have a copy/printer available in their sales floor. You can buy shipping boxes, enevelopes, paper, labels, greeting cards, Christmas or birthday print boxes, bubble envelope, keys, and MORE than you'd expect from a simple UPS Store but SO MUCH BETTER than your local post office or P.O. Box service. lol Parking is tight in the area due to hightraffic in the shopping center but there's PLENTY of parking spaces available. Right across from the Walmart shopping center too. read more

He seemed annoyed (Greg) after I said hi . So I had to return a phone for T-Mobile and they emailed me a prepaid UPS shipping label and told me to go into any UPS store to have it shipped off. I walk into this location with the package and a copy of the prepaid UPS shipping label on an email on my phone. They said that they cannot enter the label into the system or print it out but that I could email it to them for a fee of $3.30 for them to print off. I was stunned and couldn't believe they were literally asking me to pay money to print out their own prepaid shipping label. I can understand if it was some kind of document or some kind of packing slip that I needed to include in my package but this was literally a UPS shipping label that had already been paid for and they were wanting to charge me simply to retrieve an email from me to print it out. The lady at the front desk just said sorry and I walked out. This is a terrible policy and customer service at this location. read more

Wow! I spoke to the owner about a discrepancy I thought I had with the price of shipping. He broke down the store process and how each UPS store is individually owned and operated. There is a small service fee on postage due to the service they provide. Going to the post office is likely a little bit cheaper, however the post office has long lines and not the best customer service. He also gave me some pointers on which priority mail boxes to use to get the best price on shipping. They do offer regular mail and UPS, as well as copies, office and shipping supplies and PO BOX services. Great customer service and they allowed me to drop off a package I had already placed postage on. This place is great as they do have everything on sight for your shipping and small business needs. Glad I spoke to the owner as I was able to see everything from a different perspective! They let you know when the mail carriers come and sometimes the UPS carrier comes more than once in a day so you are able to get your items sent out quicker. Owner was very honest and very nice despite my concern and several questions about shipping! Thank you for your patience! You guys are awesome! read more

Visited the store in order to make some printouts and scan some copies. I needed some assistance with the scanner and Donna was quick to help although the store was very busy. She was efficient and friendly. Would definitely visit this UPS again for all of my printing and shipping needs. She made sure that everything I needed was completed and received. The owner of this establishment (Greg) placed profits over integrity and customer service. I sent a package overnight to a different UPS store in California only to find out the other store declined it because Greg's employee failed to arrange for them to accept my package. When I requested a refund of $152 dollars Greg told me it was my job to call the other store and not theirs. Basically told me to go take a hike, and that I was out of luck. It's almost a scam what these store owners are doing, placing the blame on each other yet pocketing the money. Avoid this independent store excuse B.S. and use FedEx instead. read more

The hours of operation said they close at 1800. I got there 20mins before 6pm and the lady had the doors already locked. I saw her working in the front and so knocked on the door and she blatantly ignored the fact I was standing there. I know she saw me. Come to find out from another person walking by she had the doors locked at 5pm! If you wanted to close early fine. At least leave a sign up stating as such. It was very unprofessional and would not take a chance coming here again not know if she will even open her doors. read more

Super friendly UPS store! I went here after a fail at another UPS store in the Valley. I needed to be fingerprinted for my state-issued clearance card and another UPS store insisted that they only did the digital fingerprints. I thought this sounded better than the usual messy fingers from the ink prints. Unfortunately, the fingerprint machine wouldn't work. After a few tries the employee said he had to help other customers and told me I could wait or come back another time. He said their contract didn't allow them to do the ink prints anymore since they had the digital machine. After that I called around until I found a UPS store that did the ink prints, and ended up here. The manager/owner was in the store and he was very friendly. He was interested in hearing about my (negative) experience with the digital prints, and the employee who did the ink prints got all of them on the first try. They even helped me make sure I filled out the accompanying paperwork correctly. Best of all, they used washable ink and it came right off with a baby wipe! The next time a coworker asks me about where to go to get fingerprinted for the clearance card, I'm definitely sending them here! read more

Terrible customer service! All I had to do was drop off a package that was already boxed and labeled. Got there at 5:59pm, yes I know it was about to close but the package was already labeled and everything. I rushed through traffic to try and make it on time. It was literally just to drop off. And the door was locked. When I signaled asking like why is the door locked, some girl with ugly pink hair very rudely said we're closed. I used to work retail in high school and it didn't matter if it was a minute before closing the door would be open. Again if it was a restaurant or a beauty salon or something that would take a while I wouldn't get there before closing. But like i said I was literally dropping off a package that was already boxed labeled and ready to go. Oh and as I'm writing this outside the store another customer pulled up at 6:04pm to sign and pick up a package and they gladly came and unlocked the door for her and helped her. That really just added insult to injury. It was an Asian guy and a girl with pink hair. Terrible customer service. read more

Came in to send a costume to my daughter. Christina was was nice with good customer service, the only problem is my package didn't arrive at the date I needed it there. I would have payed more money to have it there on time but she assured me it would be there on the specific date. On my way out I asked again and she said it would be there no problem. Now I have a very sad child that can't dress up like her sister to go to school. Ups has always been good, but it has left a bad taste in my mouth and won't be using them no more. read more

I wish there was a no-star option. Went today to drop off a package going back to Amazon, I ran out of tape at home and from previous experience at other locations I was confident that it wouldn't be a problem. As I walked in, the employee right away seemed like he didn't want to help me but he managed to ask in a short rude voice, "can I help you?" I told him I was dropping off but needed more tape on the box. He inspected the box and then tells me they charge for tape! I told him the other locations I've been to, have NEVER charged. He started going into a spill about their policy and I just told him to forget the tape and whatever. My mom has been to this location before and said they were so nice and never charged her. read more

What a ripoff. Received a quote online for $37 to ship a small 7lb package insured for $2500 to Colorado. Went to a local store that uses UPS and they quoted $74. So I went to the genuine UPS store where they charged $105 for a delivery date of 3/8. When I got back home I entered the data again in the UPS site and the rate was $63 with a delivery date of 3/6. Maybe the extra $40 was to put tape on top of the box, I leave it open because some shippers want to look inside for insured packages. read more

Absolutely the rudest female "customer" rep! I guess she got upset that I decided not to pay the $20 for packaging (with the $30 "cheapest" shipping), and chose to purchase a $7 box and pack it myself. When I asked about the prices of the packing tape she said she "really had no idea". So I grab any tape roll and ask if I need to buy a label as well. She says she "won't charge me for a label" and points out that the box may need to be cut down to size per the perforations on its side. I pay for the box and the tape and proceed to put the box together and tape up to pack myself. When I ask if she has any scissors I could use to cut the box down, she says "not for free". I gathered my items and box and tape and left. She could have gotten the $30 sale to ship but instead chose to be rude and not provide any customer assistance. I have been coming here for 4 years since moving to AZ but no more. Donna and her ugly attitude just cost you a loyal customer. read more
