I get it , things happen but this is when it gets rocky. On March 13,2020 is the day I went for my vehicle it. Wrappin La had messaged me saying it will be ready "around 6pm". I live by the San Manuel casino. So I have to leave at least 2 hours before to be safe (traffic) . I then message him @4:10 saying I'm omw he then messages me back @4:54 saying it will Not be ready until 7pm. So I arrive there @5:22pm (waiting outside in my car) . At the moment I did not mind waiting , he then messages me @7:04 saying "in 30 mins it will be done" he did NOT end up bringing out my vehicle until 8:30 pm once it was completely dark outside . So of course you can NOT see any mess ups on your vehicle you're trusting the "professional of 5years" to do his job RIGHT. The job was rushed. The next morning , I go outside to look at my vehicle. There's a few things I noticed that he did.. 1. He broke my car door handle to my passenger door and DID NOT MENTION it to me , until I brought it up. His answer was "Yeah i know im waiting for a guy to call me for one but it did have a crack inside in the wood when i took it off it broke" Okay , so let's say there was a "crack" inside why NOT tell the customer you broke the car door handle? 2. He had kept my emblems to my car the emblems that say the model of the vehicle. - he mentioned he "forgot" and that he will give them to me once he gives me the car door handle 3. I noticed a few mess ups here and there on the wrap but I did not reach out to him because I thought "they're little mess ups , who cares". On March 24, 2020 I noticed the wrap was getting even worse . So , I sent him pictures of my back bumper . It was wrinkled and bubbled up. He offered to fix it once he gets my car door handle. Around same time I notice that one of the plastic scoops on the fender which should be clipped in was loose , we checked it and clips are broken off and both front side scoops were put back on with double sided tape on top of the wrap , we didn't even bring up this incident we just wanted this to be over . 4. April 11, 2020 I sent him a picture of my trunk that the wrap was cut short so it was unwrapping and showing the color of the vehicle underneath . His response to the picture was "The trunk was not like that when it left here that is too far out like some one ripped it its not even pulling back like if it was to peel back". So then I show him a video saying "it was cut short" and his answer to that was "Nope you can see the white when its closed and theres no way it would leave here like that and it has a rip that is visible when its closed that was done by you guys" He did not offer to fix it because it was done by "us" okay that's fine by that point I just want my bumper & car door handle fixed & emblems back. 5. Sometime towards the end of April we (my boyfriend and I went) so he can ask him what's going on with the car door handle since he kept giving me the run around saying he could not find a car door handle. That same day he did give us my emblems back and $40 for the car door handle since we found one for $40 He tried fixing wrap but did not have enough wrap. So , he puts in an order for the wrap. Which is fine as long as something's getting done. 6. April 28, 2020 he messages me saying the wrap is in. We set a date for the wrap to be installed since he mentioned it would be done in 3 hours if we take the bumper to him unwrapped. If the bumper stays on with the wrap it would be in for a day but I did not want that , since it was my only vehicle at the time. We would make appointments then cancel , then reschedule. So the car did not get done until months later. ‼REMAINING OF THE REVIEW IS ATTACHED IN PICTURES due to exceeded limit‼

Amazing work at reasonable price!! Less than one day turn around for PPF wrapping for me!…read more I was so hesitant and worried up until I picked up my car. On Yelp, it shows 1 review so I questioned Nomi why this business only has one review. Long story short, Yelp charges businesses for various things like promoting businesses and showing reviews. You can see all the hidden reviews at the very bottom of Wrap Clinic Yelp page. I got clear PPF on the front of Rav4. I really wanted this done in one day. They met this goal and so happy I went with Wrap clinic! One day turn around!! Good quality, 10 year warranty, usually on adhesive, discoloration and not actual damage from everyday use. I didn't see any bubbles anywhere so that is good. What's interesting is that Wrap Clinic does not have any signs outside or in front of their garage. Initially I couldn't find their business. I had to ask inside the gates to find the business. Getting your car into the garage is scary, there's barely any space in the drive way. Really loved doing business here. I would recommend people I know when they need PPF or other service.

My car looks better than when I first drove it off the lot. He's really thoughtful and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Overall a really sweet guy and excellent service. For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

I had my other car PPFd at another high volume shop with a freeway in its name, and I am so glad I made the switch to MPF!
