They have made this place really nice. The staff is great. They know what they are doing and they pay attention to what you want. I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. We could not have been happier with the service and the proper tinting.

I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Unfortunately, I found the customer service unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking transparency.

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency. They explained what needed to be done, got straight to work, and delivered exactly what they promised. In a time when catalytic converter theft is unfortunately common, it's a relief to find a shop you can trust. In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.
