They have no communication, very disorganized, instructors/program directors constantly quitting because of how mistreated they are and how undervalued the program is. Surgical Technology Program sucks. Every term there was an issue, during term 3 they had stated we needed to get vaccines, fingerprint clearance card, etc. and we weren't told how to do it at all and when they finally did show us "how to do it" it was deemed wrong and we payed for the wrong things. And certain things we WERENT supposed to pay for but the coordinator didn't say anything. No structure whatsoever. Teachers just expect you to know everything and somehow teach yourself. you can't have a job at all, the hours are horrible and long. I was struggling financially as well and i asked for financial help they told me to take ubers, lyft, etc. i expressed i had already been doing that and it was still expensive for me, they basically said that's all they could offer and didn't help me in any other way. We had a cafeteria, they got rid of it. And we moved to a smaller facility, which is horrible no space at all. The school just wants your money and provides no actual education. You have to teach yourself despite being at school for 40 hours a week. Worst school ever, i'm in debt now and feel like i wasted money on my education. The new program director in surgical technology is very rude and big headed. he didn't even congratulate my class on graduating. never answered teams messages, never checks his email. worst school to attend, the dean is very rude and doesn't care about the students at all. would give the school 0 stars if i could. i didn't have a program director the the entirety of my program which was 16 months, and the one program director we supposedly had, never met her/him. and a program director we had for maybe 1 month, didn't help at all and she quit because of how horrible the school is and disorganized

I was so nervous before I began this course, but Mirielle had me feeling more at ease after the first class and by the time I completed the course I felt confident I could carry what I learned into my work well. There was plenty of time to practice on the mannequins and by the end of the third class we were sticking each other. I finished the class wtih 37 successful sticks and I was also able to easily pass the national test right after completing this course.

Positive reviews are from years ago before Ms. Li and her husband John bought the school. If you notice all parents sharing having a similar experiences. And please read Ms. Li's responses, pointing the finger back at the parents. The gaslighting and lack of accountability by Ms. Li and her husband are not acceptable. There's a reason they always have openings. We had ongoing issues, and every time my wife or I tried to bring something up, it felt like we were met with defensiveness instead of a real conversation. We often left those discussions feeling dismissed and blamed rather than heard. There was no genuine engagement with parents. We were asked what we could contribute to the "community," but we never experienced any real sense of one. Communication felt controlled and one-sided. After we set boundaries around comments we felt were inappropriate, our child was removed from the program without notice. As far as we know, our child had done nothing wrong. It was abrupt, upsetting, and incredibly disruptive for our family. This was not the supportive, respectful Montessori environment we were expecting.

I'm currently at the Phoenix Rescue Mission in my last phase of a one year long recovery program and was lucky to be able to be sent to VTI for my HVAC training. I get emails weekly about amenities being unavailable. The weight room is extremely crowded, and they run classes simultaneously in the morning (one on the treadmills and one on the squat racks), both BLASTING music, on top of the normal music that plays for the rest of the gym. It's insane. I can barely hear what's in my own headphones. Staff is generally friendly, but for what you pay ($500+/month for us), it's just too crowded and lacks a lot of the things a normal gym should have (turf, sleds, dedicated stretching areas, more than 10 exercise mats, more than one smith machine, etc). Seriously considering switching to The Village or just going back to Anytime Fitness, which had way better equipment.

Been here 2x now, once for a baby shower & once as a guest!…read more Honestly loved it. Visited for my birthday and was able to enjoy a free smoothie. They offer so many things here if you're a member. When I visited for the baby shower it was such a beautiful day and the rooftop bar was open. The cabanas were a vibe, staff was attentive It was a beautiful baby shower When I visited as a guest I stayed all day, got a smoothie, did a weight lifting class which I loved the instructor was so good. Music in the class made me dance while I worked out it was such a vibe. I was sore in places I haven't been sore in years after taking this class, I def want to try the yoga and Pilates class next visit. After we worked out we hit the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. Showers were amazing as they have Kiehl's products body wash/shampoo and conditioner. They have blow dryers and endless towels Bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. It was neat they also had a spot where we dried off our swimsuit after we hit the pool.
