Best Limo One was our transportation home from Tavern on the Green today. There was enough room for five in the back and I sat up front with the driver. He was great assisting everyone in and out of the limo. The AC was on but it was still warm to me. Not sure how they felt in the back seat. His driving was very good unlike the speed demon Uber driver! He sent me a text message since my Cousin gave the driver my number. My cousin gave him the wrong address but it was fine. I texted our driver, Jenny, as we arrived and she provided specific pickup directions that allowed us to be on our way quickly. Jose texted me 15 minutes prior to our hotel departure. After overpaying for shuttle service from JFK to my hotel, I decided to get some estimates from private services for my airport drop-off. I received many quotes,and Best Limo was quick and honest. The estimate was flat rate and no hidden fees. I received many quotes and a lot of aggressive follow-up texts and calls from other services. Best Limo was professional and friendly. I mistakenly booked the wrong airport drop-off location less than 24 hours before pick up, just 1 quick call to Best Limo, and my booking was updated. Do not book with this place. Booked a party bus to take the group to a restaurant (in NJ) from the home in Brooklyn for a Birthday dinner. Bus was nice and comfy with lots of space. Good thing we used the bathroom before because it was disgusting. Also the Bluetooth/usb system wasn't working so we had to listen to the radio instead of a playlist I had created. DO NOT TRUST FOR YOUR WEDDING OR SIGNIFICANT EVENTS. I booked a luxury bus to make two trips between my hotel and the venue (.6 miles apart). I was told I had to book the bus for a minimum of 4 hours. 1) They sent the wrong bus. I specifically asked for a luxury bus with leather seats. Instead a coach bus with dirty cloth seats and driver who could barely communicate in English arrived. He pulled in front of the hotel in the 3rd lane so myself and my guests had to walk into the 4th lane of traffic on 6th avenue to board. When I complained the following Monday I was told I should've let them know by phone in the moment so they can fix it. I asked if a new bus would magically appear from the sky? 2) The bus driver arrived for a 3rd trip despite the order and invoice specifically saying 2 trips with their designated times. He sent incoherent and confused messages to my event coordinator. 3) During the party there was confusion about a return trip. The event coordinator asked the driver to confirm with dispatch. They sent a bus regardless, without confirming or getting my authorization and billed me an extra $1500 for 5 hours. After multiple attempts the best they would do to correct their errors was offer a discount on the $1500. A manager refused to get on the phone with me and made a dispatcher act as a messenger. Disgusting customer service, shady business practices, dirty bus fleet. Find a vendor that costs a little bit more upfront and wont screw you over on an important day. read more

We recently traveled to NYC for a cruise out of Brooklyn and needed transportation from our hotel in the LaGuardia area to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. We didn't really need anything fancy, but between all the people and luggage, we needed reliable transportation. After researching several limo services on Yelp projects, we selected Best Limo One NYC. We were assigned driver Golkys who arrived at our hotel early and helped with configuring our party of 6 people and all of our cruise luggage (and there was a lot of it!). Our driver was very professional and friendly. The SUV was clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the Essentia waters for us to use! This definitely beats the Ubers we had taken in NYC (where unfortunately, many Uber drivers had negative attitude despite us being as friendly and courteous as possible). Fuggedaboutit. Our driver, reminiscent of an aging mafia hit man, showed up on time, texted his arrival well, and the vehicle was clean. Not wearing a mask, he said "You don't want me to wear a mask, do ya, because I want to be respectful, ya know?" (Every other driver, waiter, hotel staff wore masks appropriately.) He was constantly texting and driving, and bypassed a long line of on-ramp traffic by driving over the median. He constantly complained about absolutely everything. He took us down a road under construction that bumped us around the vehicle so much it was impossible to do anything on my phone. Some of this is just standard NYC culture, I realize, but this was good money, about twice the cost of an Uber. I expected better. read more

This is a great team. I had scheduled a pickup time at LaGuardia based on my calendar which was on the central time zone. Once we landed I realized my mistake. I reached out to them and they immediately adjusted and picked us up earlier. This has to be the worst car service company in New York. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. We rented a party bus and it showed up on one of the hottest days of the summer with completely non-functioning AC. What followed was 3 hours of delirium, stuck in traffic without any air conditioning. Not fun. It was genuinely dangerous for the passengers as well as for the driver, and altogether something that Best Limo NYC should *never* have allowed. But the thing is: they knew, and they simply didn't care. Quality means nothing to this company, and it shows. After hours of back and forth on the phone, they provided us with a very meager partial refund. I needed transportation to and from Met Life Stadium to the Metallica concert for 2 separate days. I signed a contract for a 33 passenger party bus and a cracked bus shows up with what appears to be for approximately 24 passengers. We were tight on that bus. I had exactly 24 people on that bus. 4 adults and 20 kids all 13 to 14 years old. The TV screen was cracked cracked and broken . The bathrooms didn't work and it smelled. The company never gave my 4 destinations to the driver. He asked me about my destinations and I told him the Sugar factory in Time square is my first stop. He ends up in the high 60's and parks the bus. I asked him what are we doing here and he says this is your first location. Horrible. I had to call up the restaurant to say we are going to be running late. We had to go to Dumbo Brooklyn and I told him to drop off at the main spot on the water Carasel. He drops us off like 20 minutes away. We all had to walk and we were carrying cakes and pinata, plates and prizes. This man tells us we better hurry up if not we have to pay him 300 in cash. It was horrible. Horrible. More things happen but too much to write. I have photos and messages telling the driver why did you park so far away. Please be careful with this company. I have photos to prove and messages telling the driver why did he park far away. It's a huge scam. I contacted a lawyer and hopefully I get something back. There are so many car services to choose from it's a little overwhelming. I got quotes from several places and read reviews on even more. I settled on Best Limo and I am so glad I did! They responded fastest to my request for a quote and their quote was reasonable so I reserved quickly. I scheduled a pick up from the airport and then a return trip to the airport for a few days later. Turns out I had the pick up time wrong for our return to the airport so I contacted Best Limo and they communicated with me promptly and graciously changed our pick up time. I got a text with our driver info. the day before our pick up. Our flight landed early and to my appreciation Best Limo was watching our flight so sent our driver earlier than I scheduled which was so nice and we didn't have to wait. Our driver, Eddy was great and communicated with me via text until we were in his car and in the road. I got another text the day before we were to go back to the airport with our drivers info.
