Have used these guys for multiple projects…read more Most recent heat pump water heater install was first rate. They worked extra hard to find the product and install was perfect. Previous ground source heat pump install for house was perfect. Never an issue and super efficient. Go to guys for Yakima and lower valley.

I would like to share my recent experience with the service received from Miller and Team Heating…read moreand A/C. The tech that was sent to my parents' home misdiagnosed the issue. He only realized that he had made a mistake after having installed the wrong part. Instead of saying he made a mistake, he chose to lie and claim that there was additional issues and proceeded to charge more. When things started to not add up, I called the main office and spoke with Sue Miller. Every interaction with her was initiated with yelling. Sue was so unprofessional, I had to ask her to remain calm so we could be able to come to a correct resolution . When conversing with Sue, she stated, "how did you test the part if it is in my dumpster?!" I expressed to her that when her tech attempted to take the part, my parents told him to leave it. Sue did not provide correct information as well regarding the price, she claimed the price was so high, due to the fact that that specific model was no longer being manufactured. A simple google search proved otherwise and that the product she was selling my parents for $749 was in fact $261. It concerns me that they are up charging parts and not providing transparency to their customers regarding costs and prices. I paid another vendor to complete the process. To remain fair I also paid Sue for the part they ordered as well as to prevent further incorrect information and possible damage to the air system. My parents have been without heat for 15 days. Through all this I'd like to thank Brittany who was answering my calls though, she was so professional and sweet, and when Sue ignored me, Brittany maintained her professionalism at all points and would make sure Sue contacted me.

These guys were great! I was working with American Home Shield warranty. They sent out another…read morecompany that was trying to charge me an extra $2300 for ductwork and electrical that I didn't believe I needed. Had Terence with all in one come out as well as another local company. They both agreed I didn't need that extra stuff. All in one got me a brand new, bigger, high end Bosch unit. They did very good and clean work, and were able to get me in sooner than anyone else! They also beat the price! They had very high tech diagnostic equipment, you could tell they definitely know what they're doing, can't say enough good things! Would highly recommend!

On August 8, 2023, All In One Heating and Air came to my house to replace my furnace and heat pump…read more They were paid partly by my home warranty and I paid the remainder that was not covered. I was not home when the installation occurred. On August 14, 2023, I returned home to find the heat pump was not even on the heat pump pad. It was located partway on my walkway. I contacted All In One Heating and Air and asked why the heat pump was not on the designated pad. They tried to claim that the new unit was bigger and needed clearance from the wall. This was not accurate. The heat pump can fit perfectly fine on the designated pad and still have the same clearance from the wall. I advised them they needed to move it back on the pad and that the hose leading into the home would need to be sealed. They requested a photo and I sent them a video of the heat pump. The heat pump pad is 36.5 inches wide. The heat pump legs are 24 inches wide. Moving it to the right so it is located on the pad does not change the clearance from the outside wall to the house and would be within the city ordinance standards. All in One Heating and Air did not respond to the video that was provided to them. I followed up on August 16, 2023, inquiring on when they could take care of this issue. I received a response that they would try to get me on the schedule. I asked for a date and was given excuses. I called numerous times over the following months and my warranty company also repeatedly called them. All in One did not return those calls. I noticed that the water leakage from this heat pump was welling onto the sidewalk and to the gate. This was going to create a hazard as the garbage cans are stored in that area and the entire area would become ice in the winter. My homeowners association requires garbage cans be concealed behind a gate. This is the only location for my garbage cans. Realizing I was probably going to be fined for not being able to comply with the homeowners association rules, my concerns grew. I am also very concerned that someone would slip on the ice and injure themselves on my property due to the unit. On November 12, 2023, I again contacted All in One and advised them of the liability and requesting they move the heat pump before the weather worsens. All in One did not respond. I followed up again on December 26, 2023. Now I will need to file a lawsuit. Sad.

They came on time, which was at 8:30. They were very professional and very friendly. I wish everyone could be like that, that's how friendly and they listened to any concerns that I had. There were two gentlemen. They came to put in about 6 electrical outlets. They had a hard time because they couldn't find the exact Outlet that was knocking out a whole row of outlets. So they had to go 1 by 1 checking the outlets. I live in the basement apartment and my daughter has the top and there's a second story so that took about 1 1/2 hours by now. looking to figure out where the hell this damn Outlet is but they found it. they changed every outlet (and) fixed my heater, in the apartment (kisses) That was not on my list but (right on) as they worked we talked about family how long they've been working and yeah they were great they were absolutely great. They left at about 12 o'clock now mind you, they got here at 8:30 and trying to figure out where the hell is this damn Outlet. The grand total was $306. I told my granddaughter about my experience. She works in the law offices, She has already spread the word, Sooooo I'm going to stop here. I wrote 3 pages...well, I'll stop. Thank you guys:-)

Come to find out it wasn't the blower motor it was the circuit board. It took another heating and air conditioning company to get it right. And when I call to tell them that the system wasn't working they ignored me and didn't care about the fact that I had no air conditioning for almost 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed in vance heating and air conditioning they told me they might not be the cheapest but they have the best customer service. Absolutely incorrect and they charged me about $700 an hour for labor. William h Adams
