Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.

I'm glad they even have a shipping facility. The value is really great. You can use the Staples and the paper cutter and whole punches for free printing cost money.

How did I not even notice?!" So when the next time came back around, I came through here instead. And I think it'll be my go-to for remitting money from now on. 1) The exchange rate is higher vs. PNB. (Even if it is just 10 cents per dollar more, IT'S MORE.) 2) The fees are much less. ($9 vs $20 at PNB.) Western Union and Xoom couldn't compare either. I was the only customer at the time, so it was a quick stop. Did I mention I also use their services for shipping Balikbayan boxes to the Philippines? I have not hit a snag on that department either. So happy about the discovery! I shall

I waited over a week for a package that was assigned to a driver and was listed online as being…read moreloaded in the truck for a week. There were no updates throughout the week. I called. Opened a claim. I received no updates or return calls. I came to the facility to see if I could pick the package up. I tried the number 5 for curbside pick up 5 times and no one answered the phone. I guess I have to file a report now that it's stolen but I'm very disappointed because the package is a much needed item for my family. Update: My package was marked lost but never updated in the customer facing system. I only know this because I called the shipping center and they let me know. Losing a 60lb box after initially showing that it was loaded on a truck for a week is irresponsible and this is untrustworthy. Calling it lost when it's actually stolen is also something special, because a 60lb box doesn't just walk off. We have to have another one shipped now and I'm hoping no one sees the need to steal this one as well because the manufacturer won't promise us that they won't use Fedex again for the shipping.
