This agent Dylan Powel, would not forward me the new policy information or couldn't figure out my email after I even emailed him? Thus my policy was cancelled by the third party. I never got a follow up call to see what happened or if I finally got the policy. After this screw up they refused to refund the $45 membership fee even though my coverage ending was their fault. He lost his tall grass and a few small trees and a couple of older trees. How ethical is it for your agent to offer him or her more money for no cost loss? We lost about 1/2 of our privacy fence and some grass. I called our agent's boss and was lied to and given a really big lie. Our labor decreased instead of increasing. The neighbor said our agent never came on his property, but did call him. Our agent took a lot of pictures of his property , I guess from our side of the fence. We were told that FB could not say how much our neighbor received because of the privacy Act of 1974. I just found out that we have the right to know how much was paid out on our policy. Let me know if anyone else has had any problems with the company. It should not cost $400.00 or more for a tree!!
