This one is much bigger with rides for the kiddos, plenty of photo opportunities, food trucks, live music, a small petting zoo, a train ride, and wait for it a beer garden. Our crew went on Halloween day and we were surprised at the lack of crowds. We were able to park close to the entrance and we never waited to go on any of the rides. The rides had seen better days but our granddaughter had a blast on the tea cup, train, and slide rides, and that's all that matters. We snacked at the Jamaican food truck and their jerk chicken & shrimp plates were very good. The beer garden provided us with a Sam Adams Octoberfest beer which was a perfect accompaniment on a beautiful fall afternoon. Upon leaving all the kiddos received a gratis small pumpkin. There were plenty of other larger pumpkins for sale. I can see how this would be an expensive day if you have a couple of kiddos. The entrance fee is $15 pp and the rides average $6.00 pp so it does add up. Take note for next year First Responders, Military and Veterans admitted free every Friday.

Parking is free but this place can get packed quick so plan accordingly. There are many different food options throughout the grounds as well and good shade coverage, something they added more of this year. We felt like their shops offering was smaller this year but we're not completely sure on that. There are additional things you can do if you buy tokens for them such as: a petting zoo, train ride, and pumpkin smashing. We bought some tokens for pumpkin smashing and it was definitely worth it. The bigger the pumpkin, the more tokens it cost so we maxed it out and got some very large ones and let it rip. It was a lot of fun and we recommend this activity to anyone who goes. Lastly, we searched for and selected our perfect pumpkins for carving, which also were decently priced and healthy/good shaped. This is an extremely fun place to go on a cool fall morning with family or friends and is worth the drive out to Leander no matter where you are in Austin, highly recommended.

Even though we had chilly weather and a little rain, it didn't stop us one bit. We ended up picking close to seven pounds of fresh strawberries and they were so tasty and juicy. The whole experience of walking row by row and picking the perfect berry was so much fun. There's even a helpful little sign explaining how to pick the strawberries properly so they last longer. *Pro tip, leave a bit of the stem on the strawberry as you pick them, they stay fresh longer. We learned that after the fact, but we'll definitely do it right next time. The farm is huge, around 152 acres of expansive land, which was very green, open, and peaceful. It wasn't crowded at all the day we went, which made it even more enjoyable. The kids had a blast. They have a cute little train ride, a fun bouncing area, and plenty of space for the kiddies to run around. The goats were a big highlight for us. You can buy feed for 25 cents a tiny cup, and we went through four pretty quickly - you might want to grab more upfront because they close at 5 and we didn't get a chance to go back for more goat feed. The setup around the goat area was really nice and whimsical, and there's just so much open space to explore and walk and get fresh air. They also have a small gift shop with ice cream and little goodies, which was a nice touch after being out in the fields. Overall, it was such a peaceful, fun, and memorable day. Beautiful views, great atmosphere, and a perfect mix of activities for both kids and adults. We'll absolutely be back. Easily a five star experience.

Love that they don't charge entry fees! They provide you with a box for the berries and charge $3.75 per pound. My girls and I had so much fun picking the berries and eating them after! We also love the farm's homemade strawberry popsicles and ice cream - absolutely delicious. They also offer pick your own flowers, a bouncy area, a barrel train ride, and various arts and crafts activities for kids. There are also baby goats to feed! Fun for the whole family and an awesome day trip.

Selection: There were lots of areas to explore! They had an area with a bunch of covered tables under umbrellas for people to get a bite (burgers, fries, funnel cakes)or drink (lemonade, sweet tea, beer, etc.). They also had a corn maze (included in the ticket price), ice cream shop, gift shops & vendors, and hay bale rides (additional cost). Value: I felt like $15 per adult was a bit steep, but it did include a corn maze! Everything was a bit steep inside the farm as well. I don't think I would come coming again, but I think this is a perfect place for families with a bunch of kids because there are so many activities all in one farm!

The entrance fee is $15 for adults and that includes the corn maze. There are plenty of photo ops and yes, you can even buy pumpkins to take home. The prices for the pumpkins were very reasonable and seemed to be lower than most grocery stores. Everyone working at Hall's was also so nice. From the ladies working the pumpkin stand, to the lady in the gift shop. I bought an excellent pumpkin soufflé candle and some jam. The lady was nice enough to keep our bags while we enjoyed the happenings, and then we were able to retrieve them when it was time to leave. There were also lots of portable restrooms onsite- they called it "potty town USA" Also, there were booths for food and drink, so you really could make a whole afternoon of roaming around here. I was bummed that I didn't get to go on the hayride since people in my party petered out before we had time to do it, but this just gives me incentive to go back again next year!

Dedicated first and foremost to our customers, everything we provide is grown using the best organic practices available. Items that we do not grow or produce ourselves are sourced ONLY from local farmers, ranchers, and bakers. With our current food system being the massive "supply-web" that it is, most people have no clue as to where their food comes from, how old it is, or the methods in which it was produced. We want to bridge that gap and put power back in the hands of local farmers, ranchers and most importantly, you, the end consumer. Through education and forming a personal relationship with the local farmers, we can all help Bryan/College Station become a healthier, more sustainable community to live in. We care about our food, where it comes from, and how it is made!
