So much fun for an affordable, day date or family outing! The farm is so cute and rustic. It's located across the street from a subdivision in Rockwall with ample parking. There were tons of families with little children that had a fun time. Unfortunately, pups aren't allowed which was okay for us considering the amount of mud. In total we spent close to $60 on blueberries and family made goodies. The popsicles were the perfect touch after picking berries in the heat. They offered a few other flavors besides blueberry but we opted for two of those. We also got a jar of honey from their hives, which you can visit on the way to pick blueberries. We tried their jam and a blueberry lemon loaf. The loaf was very lemon heavy if that's not your thing. Now for the the trek to the blueberries lol. It wasn't that bad of a walk but comfortable walking shoes or rain boots would be recommended by me. No need to fuss or worry about messing them up from the mud and dust from the walk. It is a bit of an incline and a bit uneven but not unbearable for the the littles or grandparents. There were plenty of both visiting. Plenty of bushes/trees to pick from. A tip pick from the bushes farthest from the entrance or near muddy paths. Those were the sweetest and juiciest fruit we ever had. My partner ate so many while picking I thought we wouldn't have enough to take home. Defiant recommend 10/10

Based off of the reviews I was expecting something different. It's a small space and it's not a pumpkin "patch" but just random pumpkins on the ground. They have a petting zoo with pigs, donkeys, goats, sheeps and llamas. With entry you get a free hotdog. They have a hayride where you learn about the family and property. Entry was $11 and there was enough parking. I guess reservations are recommended though. Their apple spice popsicle was good and so was their fudge. I'm excited to come back for the blueberry season.

Cute pumpkin patch! Friendly, admission came with a little cup of feed for the animals, hayrides, and a mini pumpkin. Cute photo ops

So much fun! Entertaining for all ages. Went with my 2 and 4 year old granddaughters. Absolutely delicious homemade popsicles.

First time here and it was so nice and very well organized! There were animals that you could feed as well as treats and food ( hot dogs and Popsicles). There were so many pumpkins to choose from and all different sizes! There was homemade fudge and a cute story about a pumpkin named spookley and a book to go with it. I will definitely be coming back next year!

Such a great experience. You get a free small pumpkin and food for the animals included in your entry fee. I brought my whole family here and they all loved it. Plenty of places to take pictures. Saw many families & couples there. 10/10 plus the customer service was amazing

Man, what a fantastic place to visit! We came to the farm on a warm fall afternoon with our two young grandchildren. They had a fantastic time! During the crisis one needs to make a reservation. Easy parking out front. $9 for adults and children over two years of age. Tbe price include some food for the animals as well as a hot dog. Our granddaughter really enjoyed petting the barn animals. She also enjoyed the maze. At certain times of the year, they actually have blueberry picking. I'm definitely coming back for those blueberries. This is a great place to take young children for an hour visit. Not very overwhelming, and the price is right. Don't forget to try their homemade fudge.

Great neighborhood spot for blueberries in the summer. Went opening weekend and they had a ton of blueberries available. They had a great system as well if you wanted to buy a bucket or use a bag. Also notices that the plants would be ready at different stages throughout the season, very thoughtful planning so more people could visit. Prices were reasonable and we had a lot of fun. Love that they have time slots you can sign up for.

Sweet little pumpkin patch. While it's not a true pumpkin patch it has plenty of spots for fall pumpkin-y photo ops. Great for small children. The price of admission was $9.00 and included a small pumpkin, the hayride, and a tiny cup of food to feed the sheep. (On the weekends a hot dog is included with admission in lieu of the pumpkin.) I loved the sweet sheep and the little donkey. The story walk about Spookley the square pumpkin was darling and thoughtful. Popsicles and fudge are sold at the gift shop. Nice to pop in here for some pumpkins and photos! The staff was friendly and I liked that it was a timed event to keep the place from feeling crazy crowded.

Super friendly folks! There was plenty of blueberries for picking. Just be Careful where you squat when you're picking berries! my toddler didn't notice she was standing on an ant bed. They do warn you about this ahead of time as they don't use any pesticides which we appreciate! The popsicles to cool down after picking were so refreshing and we enjoyed sitting out in nature in their comfy chairs. We will absolutely add this to our yearly summer traditions!

The entry fee is a tad pricey in my opinion at $7 per person (even my 3 year old!). If you enjoy the included hotdog then it's slightly more reasonable but no trades for a bottle of water or drink. Hotdog only. The main highlight seems to be the animals. Your given a cup filled about 1/3 of the way with goat and sheep nibbles. There were goats, sheep and two baby cows. From there you can meander around and take some pictures then make your way to the hay ride. I was expecting Halloween decorations along the ride but that wasn't the case. It's about a 4-5 minute ride down to look at their blueberry shrubs and then back. It was cute enough it is convenient but I wouldn't drive too far out of the way. It isn't likely that I would return in the future.

Family picking berries on a warm day!

It's…read morebeen over a decade since my original visit, and a fun road trip with friends on a beautiful weekend in May resulted in an experience that made me question why it took over 10 years to return. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Pro Tip #1 - try to get there before 11:30 AM and plan your visit in May. Ham Orchards gets really busy at noon, and Texas gets really hot in June. There's plenty of parking (dirt lot), tons of people (and families), and you'll hear a musician or two playing on the guitar. 1 Star. Service - The staff is super nice. There's a market with dedicated peach soft serve lines as well as a separate building for BBQ. The two are separate, so you don't have to eat the BBQ at Ham Orchards if you only want to shop at the market. Upon entering the market, a very friendly and helpful staff member will help answer questions and guide you. 1 Star. Food - Ham Orchards is a peach farm, so I recommend you order anything that is peach infused. I went with the Peach Pulled Pork. The pork was very tender, the buns were lightly toasted, and the Peach Pulled Pork was sweet and tender. But the star of this trip was the Peach Infused Pickles. Wow, this condiment turned my "meh" potato salad into a peach infused bite that was peach sweet, pickle tart, and potato creamy. I also bought a full-sized Peach Pie from the market home. It was very good (and perfect for my Instagram feed). Pro Tip #2 - if you want to buy a pie, purchase it from the market before you eat lunch, otherwise they may be sold out. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Next time, I won't let 11 years pass between my visit to Ham Orchards. The road trip was super fun, the BBQ was tasty, and the pie I took home was a great reminder that some of the best destinations are a short road trip outside of Dallas. 1 Star

It's…read morea nice little spot to have some fairly good BBQ and as others have mentioned, shopping for a lot of goodies containing peaches. I'll go ahead and get this out of the way: You can't actually pick peaches here, presumably due to legal. But they do have times where berries can be picked, although we didn't do that on our visit. Upon arrival, we were hungry, so we headed to the BBQ window, operated by area BBQ provider Eddie Deen. The sandwiches themselves were quite good, with a special nod to the peach pulled pork sandwich, which was outstanding. A generous portion of distinctly peach infused but not crazy sweet pulled pork was piled atop a fresh soft bun, it was a delight to eat. Unfortunately, the side dishes were very pedestrian and almost seemed like they were prepackaged or from a foodservice provider. But definitely get that sandwich. Moving into the store, there are tons of products available, including the incredible peach pickle slices that were served with the BBQ (great way to market the product), we picked up a package and have been loving them at home. But the best product we tried, hands down, was the peach soft serve, and I mean, it was fantastic. Impossibly smooth, delicious flavor, definitely on the sweet side. If anyone from Ham is listening, though, let me offer a bit of advice. You are seriously missing the boat by not offering a smaller serving of this stuff. GLP-1 and other factors are leading many to try to eat less and keep the treats to a manageable level; offering a "small" that's literally half the size of the current smallest offering, at 2/3 of the price, would help people with their portions and help you guys print money. Seriously, this would be a great addition to the lineup. Bottom line, it's a cool place to take the kids and most of the adults, and if you want to get your peach on, it's the place to go.

You could see small pieces of graham cracker that added a good flavor. They had some baked goods available in addition to soda. They also offered a coffee flight which is something I would order if I was spending time with friends. There was one barista which did a great job keeping up with orders and communicating with customers. Next, I ventured out to check out their event space. They had an indoor event space with a shaded outdoor space right next to it with a bar area as well.
