If you actually build your own PC or are a techie in anyway, you really don't go to Best Buy because the choices are limited and the prices are usually higher than you would have ordering online. It seems like they are mostly for electronics that are not specialized in any way. These days, they also are where you go for phones, appliances, e-bikes and anything remotely related to electronics, apparently. They have more stuff on their website than in their physical stores. However, the service is decent when I randomly go in there and I appreciate that. At the very least, I don't get the whole sexist "ignore me because I am female and couldn't possibly want a pc part" that I used to get at Fry's electronics, so kudos for that, Best Buy. In fact, I was there yesterday and couldn't find an emergency pc fan that would fit mine and the guys in that department, helpfully, directed me to a computer repair store very nearby that turned out to have the part I needed! I really appreciate when people are polite and helpful even when it doesn't get them any immediate business. So Best Buy, keep telling your people to do this, be polite and be helpful to everyone even if it means directing them elsewhere. So, I'll give them high stars today for being helpful even if I would typically give them lower stars for having run of the mill, over priced merch.

I figured out which one I wanted from a wide variety of products and was most impressed by the number of dedicated associates waiting in their respective departments, They always appear to be in some kind of hurried motion going somewhere but if you watch closely they never seem to have an actual destination. Incredibly, after I traversed the 30+ foot long empty, theater style line that lead to the lone checkout counter I found it to be deserted or possibly abandoned. I dismissed the idea that it was now self serve process not unlike the grocery store and waited. Then I waited some more and another person got in line. Then out of nowhere an associate appeared behind the counter and it seemed as though our long pointless suffering appeared to be over. Instead he immediately began rummaging through items on a shelf then quickly disappeared without a word. At this point, I began to try to narrow down possible explanations. A. This was a carefully planned and orchestrated experiment by Best Buy to gauge individual customer loyalty. (Perhaps future plans to reduce cahiers accordingly on a national basis?) B. A newer, crueler version of the old Candid Camera Show with the evil spin, that there's no humorous ending reveal. C. I had somehow transformed into a ghost or phantasm and was now helplessly trapped and unseen in the real world. I'm no CEO or CFO but even I know you can have the pricing, the inventory, the associates, hell even valet parking but a business model that doesn't allow for actual purchases is destined to fail. As I left empty handed the greeter inquired if I'd found everything okay and I told him everything but the cashier, taking comfort and solace in knowing that I was no longer a prisoner of the ethereal.

Occasionally, you'll see some items all disheveled but overall it's got everything you need. If you take the time to browse the end caps, you may find treasures marked down up to 90%! You have to have patience and take your time. Sometimes I get into trouble browsing these areas. Something you should know (if you don't already) is that all stores don't have the same markdowns. And the prices you see online are not always what's in the actual store. One could be way cheaper than the other, so hold on to those receipts or if you have the app, returns/exchanges are no problem! While you're here, there's a Starbies inside if you need anything lil pick-me-up while you shop. Employees are pretty helpful and friendly. This is one of the closer locations to my office, so it's great for drive-up orders too!

I do enjoy wandering in the larger sized Target stores. The store is very well stocked with clothing for the family, jewelry, purses, cookware, sleepwear, electronics, vitamins, and so much more. From hand held to first gen the job has just been impressive, really unlike any other place in the valley, and always charge you a fair price to fix your items, unlike other places I've gone to before. Also battery changes for game cartridges and they do it the right way! Honestly just an awesome place to get repair done and also buy some cool tech stuff when you swing around to look at their stuff!

Instead of standing behind the product, he insisted both consoles were failing because of an "environmental" issue on my end. Thankfully, I returned it within an hour and got a refund. Since purchasing a PS5 elsewhere, I haven't experienced any of the supposed "environmental" issues. Based on his response, I'm not confident I would have received a refund if I hadn't returned it immediately.

Upon entering I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who seemed genuinely happy I was there. Before I could even say anything she asked if I needed help finding anything. I was in the market for a new computer monitor and she directed me to the computer section. After perusing for no more than 3 minutes a gentleman named Cash assisted me. I explained what I was looking for, the purpose for the monitor, and the budget I was looking for. He went to go check the system and came back with an option under budget that met all my specs. I'm an amateur when it comes to computers and such and so I appreciate Cash's honesty and professionalism in assisting me with what I needed. In a world full of competition, I appreciate the service and friendly nature this store has to offer. Will definitely use Best Buy as my fist stop for all my electronic needs
