Demetria was terrific and lovely to work with. None of this is about her. Most of this review is about the sofa. Even though we chose stock fabric and were estimated to have a wait of only 2-4 weeks, the sofa didn't arrive until early December. It's the covid19 era so it wasn't the end of the world. However, as you can see in the pictures, the sofa showed up as a wrinkled mess. It looked positively nothing like the picture on the website or the sofa that greets you when you first walk into this store. Demetria said there's nothing she could do and this got escalated to customer care who turned out to be a Danielle Siers out of their N Carolina location. She said that we're correct to find the sofa dissatisfactory and that she believes the problem is the sofa cores and not the fabric. She said we'd get new cores in 8 weeks. Figure early February, right? Try March 22. Any word from Danielle? Of course not, unless I followed up. The people who delivered the cores only came to drop them off, not to replace the existing cores and zip up the casings! Unreal. After telling them what was supposed to happen here, they did it anyway and I tipped them handsomely. But guess what, the sofa is still a wrinkled mess and I'm tired of this. On March 22, Danielle said she had strep throat. I'm empathic and was patient. But it's now April 13 and she hasn't responded to multiple emails. It's a disgrace. I really want to return this sofa and get our money back. It would be one thing if anyone cared and offered halfway decent service, but there's apparently no one at MG who cares at all to get a brand new sofa looking as such. MG should be embarrassed by the product sitting in our living room. So buyers beware. If you order a sofa from MG, you can expect a poor product and an appalling lack of customer service or consideration.

I like Kohler products and was happy to see there is a showroom in Scottsdale. It is in a funny location like the backside of a strip mall, but navigation got me there no problem. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted any water. They have so much took at from bathrooms to kitchens and even an indoor sauna but apparently this is the higher end of Kohler and the lines that have available here are different from what you might find at Home Depot, Lowes and Costco. There were so many great ideas and I love that they have the entire collections grouped together with the different bathroom fixtures and then little display areas throughout the store. Why is it that I am always gravitating towards the most expensive thing in the store? There were so many cool things like recessed body length medicine cabinets, a very cool customizable vanity, bidets (from standard to Cadillac!!) and then smart showers -- I mean if only!!! I do wish they had some color brochures to take home with you because it is so hard to see online, but I did appreciate that one I had the knowledge about the different collections and finishes I could go back home to the website and make more choices. Another area that was bit annoying is they had items that were discontinued still on display -- so you had to ask if the item was available still --- I guess twice a year they have a sale of these discontinued or floor models but he said it wasn't going to be happening for a while. The sales guy did mention that you get a better cost going directly through the showroom as opposed to ordering off the internet -- so I will be keeping that in mind. Overall I was happy with my experience and likely will be purchasing some French Gold fixtures.

The old time charm and neighborly feel I get is always welcomed. The store is organized and clean. Shelves are well stocked. There is a good flow as you walk from aisle to aisle.
