When we bought our new home this past year, it was a nightmare with the seller. But this team made things so easy for us and they dealt with the seller and getting everything they needed. When the day came to close, the seller still hadn't provided all of the paperwork needed for us to close. We had already closed on our current home and had to move out; if we didn't close on the new house that day, we were going to be homeless. Our realtor and the whole team were working on our close ALL DAY. They started close to 7:00AM and were on the phone, in meetings, and in touch with us all day to make sure we were taken care of. They rescheduled meetings and appointments so they could spend their time making sure we got into our house that day and weren't without a home (we had a 5 month old baby at the time). We went through a typical escrow and Real Advantage title insurance company was chosen to cover the title. At the close of escrow, we were sued for "quite title" and completely abandoned by Real Advantage Title Insurance company. In my opinion; if you see "ratic" in your escrow documents, it's a red flag.
